22 yrs old, training seriously for over 3 years, ran one test e cycle, this will be my second ever cycle, currently 5'10" 185 lbs, bf % ~ 9-10, looking to gain maybe 8-10 pounds and drop 1-2% bf, currently don't do any cardio, but have abs strictly from dieting, any advice on diet or cardio in regards to achieving my goals lemme know thanks.

cycle:
synergy pharma group anavar
weeks 1-6 = 60mgs ED
weeks 7-11 = clomid - 150/100/50/50
weeks 1-11 = AI cycle support
weeks 1-11 = creatine mono

Diet:
meal 1 - 1 1/2 cup oats w/ 2 scoops protein w/water (shake) + ww english muffin w/ nat pb
meal 2 (post workout) - 1 cup oats, 2 scoops protein w/milk (shake)
meal 3 - 2 cups brown rice 8 oz grilled chicken
meal 4 - same as meal 3
meal 5 - 2 cups brown rice 8oz of some form of lean red meat
meal 6 (before bed) - 1 cup oats, 1 tbsp nat pb w/ 2 scoops caesin w/water (shake)

chicken will occasionally be sub'd for fish, as well as brown rice for sweet potatoes

This is what I would do, and obviously you don't have to, but just my 2 cents:
-1st week 40mg/ed to see how my body reacts to it : how bad the pumps are and if I can handle them etc.., if yes, bump to 60 for following weeks.
-extend the cycle to 8 weeks
-swap clomid with Nolva.
-also take some tribulus during cycle
what kind of AI support?

No!!
60mg all the way through is great, especially since it may be underdosed anyways.
Keep clomid: run 75/50/50/50 Your dosage is much too high.
You really dont need an on cycle AI for var only..

the only advice id take from jamo honestly is maybe start 40 to see how i react, but other than that i like clomid way better than nolva, and i have adex on hand but i dont see the need for it, i may throw some trib in as per jamos advice as well, and 8 weeks ive heard makes no difference, after 6 supposedly gains plataeu

anyone have any advice in regards to cardio/diet, im trying to add as much lean muscle as possible whether thats 5 pounds or 15, and either lose some bf, or stay the same

starting on monday...anyone think with my diet and lack of cardio 10 lbs of muscle is possible while maintaining bf % or dropping a little?
