I we'll I got my white pump a few days ago sorry the logs late it wasn't letting me start one but
First thoughts-small bottle had me sad but them I looked at the label and was Impressed lol and the smell/taste was orgasmic I had a whit flood in my pants
Taste-already went there lol
Effectiveness- ill copy and paste something from my other log to let you know ;) lol
 
In for results on a killer CL stack!
Get both man..... Just do it tastes match up perfectly I did one scoop of WFR and 1.5 of WP due to me being a lil bit bigger of a dude and woah! Sold pumps,clean energy ,muscle full ness, the works man 20-30mins after I finished my old lady was feeling me up saying "not to flex" I wasn't and she was I'm pressed so we went to the bed room and I pumped it till I had a white flood ;) lol great stuff il trying to get the log started but it won't let me I'll try again soon

Delts felt swollen as heck!!

Legs Warm up 15 min stretch leg extensions 4x10 Leg curls 4x10 Body weight squats x50 Stretch a lil more Exercise Good old back squat 4x12 Leg press 4x10 narrow 4x12 wide Hack squats 5x15 DB lunges across the basketball courts and back BB reverse lunges same as DB works on balance too Straight leg dead lift 4x10 Bulgarian dead lift 4x8 BB squat jumps 4x12 Leg extensions 4x8 Leg curls 4x8 Stair climber for 30 mins Then DL 4x10 And more squats 5x5 and 4 100yard sprints

Haha thanks I mean in my town all we have to do is work on tractors lift weights and sports lol so I've always been "strong" lol I'm just trying to get my technique perfect!

Yea when I was younger like 21 and in high school and I'm not sure if it's just a local whos the strongest and baddest like when I was 14 lol the first time I power lifted or it might be ipf I'll find out though
