Fratboy blew a stopsign during severe weather in a gray truck with his lights off and totaled my maita sunday so its been rough. diets been off but lifts have been excelling. Walking around 190 now. Growth hormone has me feeling great. heres some update shots and a training clip

For sure. He's at fault and under the same insurance so there won't be much of a hassel but I've been a total burden asking everyone for rides and everywhere

I've been rear ended 10 times in my life, only 2 times did damage. A few years back someone in a semi truck took a corner too tight and drug my brand new 2018 chevy pickup like 15ft. it was parked (legally) on the side of the road, in park.

They paid for all the cosmetic repairs but it's had some transmission issues ever since, which I expected. I really should have sold it immediately....
 
Had to skip squats today. felt like a pulled an adductor 2 weeks ago and its been nagging me and getting worse and worse. hurt the nost today warming up for squats so I spammed leg extensions instead. tommorow we'll be reattempting 2xbw dip
 
Been really halfassing diet recently but lifting hard. That and gh is making a huge difference. I went out in a tshirt and corduroy pants last night and everyone in my vicinity would remark on the build
