EDIT: Okay, saw a couple threads on it, but they were asking the same question as you, so overall, it unknown, people dont trust it. I would'nt take the ****. Wait for some more people to chime in on this one, maybe someone else here has heard of it.

Also, if you can, post a pic of it.

Well, there are plenty of good "bulkers". Depends on if you want a mild PH, or what. SD would be great, but hey, it's SD. Max-LMG is another good one. Really it's all about your caloric intake. If you run SD but aren't eating ****, your gains will be ****.
 
Meal# 1 6 egg whites 2 yokes plain cream of wheat with blueberries

Meal# 2 6-8 of chicken breast 1 sweet potato fist size

Meal# 3 can of tuna brown rice asparagus

Meal# 4 same as meal# 2 or pure protein bar

Meal# 5 same as meal# 2

Meal# 6 6 egg whites no yoke or 3 rice cakes

1 gallon of water
