As the title says guys really, what are your thoughts on it.

Positive or negative as always justifications appreciated.
 
read around the forum tons of threads on it and you can decide i personally dont find it to be an attractive diet plan but im different
 
Yeah i ran a search but theres not much on V3 (the latest version out).

I know the undertones are a massive advertisement of bio test supps but the principles are what im interested in i.e. did it break bad habits, cravings for certain foods etc.

I dont find it attractive either lol, but if it works ill grin and bare it.

its will make you hate taking casien protein, it will make you hate the flavors, it will make you cringe at the sight of a shake. I couldnt finish it for this reason. I just could bare to even look at another damn protein shake!

That being said, I'm trying it again this monday, I kind of vary it a little and just buy ON proteins, because i really dont see the difference.
 
According to shugart if you dont use biotest brand protein powder and thermogenic you will die halfway through the diet
 
Hot Rox really is a good thermo though.

The rest are easily replaceable.

I did this diet a few weeks ago, i got through about a week and a half, of the original no food only shakes version. And I decided to cheat a bit one weekend and couldnt stand the thought of going back.

Crazy results though, i lost over 10 lbs in rougly a week and some change. Most of which is already back due to my binging, but im still down 3-4 lbs after eating KFC quality meals for awhile. So it deff works.

But unless you REALLY need to lose weight fast, im not sure i can recommend it. Its just so brutally painfull every single day, it never gets easier. And like mentioned above the shakes make you want to throw up after a few days of nothing but.

I completely disagree. I found the shakes to be extremely convenient. I think I'm one of the only people around to make it through the 28 days. I didn't use biotest, I used proteinfactory blend of whey isolate and micellar casein. I also had plenty of fish oil and milled flax. You can find my log on here still, its actually just been bumped.

The only thing I think is flawed, is the low amount of fats. I HAD to bump up the fats. It became a daily meal of bacon and eggs because my libido dropped so rapidly and I just felt crappy. I did have energy the whole time though.
