utorrent appears to be a great bittorrent program to download things off the internet

comodo firewall pro is one of the best firewalls on the market and happens to be free

but ever since using both of these sometimes my internet keeps crashing while downloading.

there was a fix to make a new connection rule but i gotta find it again and ill post it here. i made that rule and that opens utorrent to work with comodo firewall not to mention the hardware firewall port that has to be opened

SOME THINGS IVE FOUND NOT SURE IF THEY FULLY HELPED YET
Code:
Go to the "Network Monitor" panel and add the following rule:

Action : Allow
Protocol : TCP or UDP
Direction : In
Source IP : Any
Destination IP : Any (or your IP address)
Source Port : Any
Destination Port : XXXXX (A single port)
(µTorrent's port number is located at Options > Preferences > Connections)

Important: You must move this new rule up over the red, default
rule "Block & Log - IP In/Out".
(CPF "reads/applys" the rules from the top to the bottom.)

P.S.: Remember that for CPF "Source IP" is the address of the
computer which sends the data
and "Destination IP" is of the computer that receives them. When your
computer sends data it
is considered Source, when it receives data it is consindered Destination.

Code:
Find the uTorrent.exe entry in your Application Monitor double
click it and enable "Allow all activity for this application".

Make sure no Network Monitor rules block the traffic. You can try
disabling Network Monitor to see if it is blocking incoming connections.

so anyone else have any problems like this

Currently Trying This

Code:
# Try disabling DHT (Can be found in Preferences > BitTorrent)

# Try disabling UPnP and NAT-PMP (Can be found in Preferences > Connection)

Nope, I use torentspy and a proxy to bypass.

If you find no solutions, you can try my way and it may work for you. Just PM me.
