Utilizing my Poseidon ..

so ive been hearing nothing but good reviews of poseidon .. and i finally picked me up one tub ..so here's how i was planning on using it

Current Stack:
Poisden
SizeOn
Vpx-Shotgun
Green Mag or Cell Mass (havent decided yet)

Am - 1 scoop of poisden mixed in either green mag or cell mass
evening - shotgun before working out
Pm(bedtime) - 1scoop of poisden mixed with 1 serving of sizeon

is taking posiden before bedtime going to be a problem ?
also i work at 5am in the morning so i can use a little energy :)

I take it before bed many times. It should help provide some restful sleep. The morning dose should also provide a nice lift from the mental fog you may feel in the morning, and in turn make you have more energy and more alert. If you need more advice on dosing just ask and if not please let us know how much you like your poseidon! :)

i will def take it in the morning and at night as well .. how do you dose your poisden .. do you always take 1 scoop at a time or mix in 2-3 scoops at once ?

I usually do 1 scoop at a time. If its three doses a day i take 1 in the morning, 1 during my workout, and 1 at night. If its more doses i usually just add a dose to my drink during a meal...but its real versatile so just as long as your getting it in and spread out during the day you should be fine :cool:
 
Poseidon before bed certainly improves my quality of sleep and I also find it is a nice way to start the day - as bolt said it clears 'the fog'. Recently I have been using Poseidon pre and intra workout and found it quite beneficial. I don't mind dosing around 4 scoops on some days because that really helps my skin.

Poseidon is a very versatile supplement so you can experiment a bit with timings and see what works best for you.

Oh and if you happen to try a scoop with your NO Shotgun please let me know how it goes. I find it amplifies other supps to a fair degree - took it with Incarnate at what must have been the optimal time and boy did I get a nice flush / tingle going!

coo .. nice input .. yup im def. going to do what u and bolt do ..since im new to the product

for the 1st week ..ima use 2 scoops a day .. one in morning w/ my kre-alk and one at night mixed in w/ sizeon at night.

yup i def. will let you know .. to see the difference ... i will use shotgun by itself for the 1st week as a standalone product .. then after a week ill add a scoop of posiden and see if i feel the difference .. but having good amount of vitamin c & magnesium im sure it will give a nice boost .. but ill drop the feedback.

also .. any way to tell how much glutamine is in one serving ? im guessing under 500mg .
 
I used it as 1 scoop in the morning, 1/2 scoop preworkout with my shock therapy, and 1 scoop with my xtend during the workout. Either way you dose it you will definately feel much more hydrated and greatly increased endurance.
