Pre workout (30-60 mins) and in the morning on off days. It's recommended to take it with stimulants although not necessary.

I'm sure there will be no problem, but on my off days I try to follow alternate day fasting, so I won't eat all day. If I pop one in the morning I won't eat for manyyyy hours, this doesn't need to be taken with any food or anything, right? And is it better served for a bulk or cut?

You're good man. I took it on an empty stomach the majority of the time and others followed IF. I honestly think it would be great for a bulk, cut, or recomp. It's pretty versatile, hence the name. Testers had great success regardless of their goals. I used it for a lean bulk and added 3lbs while tightening up a little (most on bulk gained more). Most people that were cutting didn't drop a lot of weight, but lost a good amount of "fat".

I ordered me some versa-1 for the price it seemed like a good deal plus i wanted to pick up some agmatine soon too and free shipping sealed it for me even if it doesnt workout ive made worst investments hopefully its better than pink magic that stuff was a joke.
 
What's everyone's plan? Solo or stacked? I was thinking on stacking it with Alphamine for a nice Recomp.

That should be an awesome stack for a recomp. I'd recommend using it with stimulants (pre workouts, thermogenics, etc.), and you'd have that covered with Alphamine.

nice!!! u gonna log? i expect to see alot of logs on versa 1. so many different combinations that you can do if people are planning to stack it. in the future, after my log, I plan to take it with Anabeta and IGF 2 for 8 weeks.

I'm leaning towards it. Sometimes with my business and the gym it gets tough for me. I prefer updating every other day and every couple days. It's easier for me. Can't wait to compare it to all the others I've taken, so far the only true natural anabolic for me was Anabeta. So I know what to expect from a natural anabolic.;

Recreate, OxyElite Pro, compound-20. Possibilities are almost endless, that's the beauty of versa-1, it practically stacks with anything (hence versa as in versatility :-) )
