I spent like 23$ on the trutein, USP labs was 40$. Not much to be confused about. I do realize it came with the AP and other samples, but the extra stuff isn't what I needed, so for me it was either 23$ for a 2lb tub, or 40$ for a 2 lb tub.

Best protein I've tried when it comes to cooking .

Now send me some damn protein I never win anything and I'm getting bitter about it ;(

I never have got anything free as well,

but something you need to remember is that no matter what at the end of the day we are here to learn, teach and educated each other.

Usplabs giving away free protein is an added bonus, they clearly do not have to give out there products to make a name for them self. They are a well known company and have loyal clients.

No matter what ill still buy there BCAA, oxyelite and oxyelite protein. The ap I'm not to sure I have 2 bottles still trying it out. But free is free you can't get mad at something you didn't get or have to begin with.

Go find the "cooking with whey" thread... You'll be drooling for hours.

The Soultionis killing that one

Yep that's another night I've gotten lost in YouTube cooking glory. It's an addiction. And while dieting all I can think about is all of the delicious things I can make in a few weeks...mmmm

I use this mix with one scoop. Makes about 5 good size pancakes . 35 grams of protein , 1 gram of fat and 6 grams of fiber . I cook them with coconut oil so the fat content is higher . You can use 2 scoops of protein to jack it up you just need to add a bit more water.

Regular pancakes with flour and protein pancakes made with oats (which suck) are comparing apples to oranges.

Yeah, like I said, I didn't know. I would think that if you added in some egg whites that were stiffly beaten to your batter after everything else was mixed in and just folded them in not mixed them then they would still turn out nice and fluffy even with oats. I don't know.

The traditional protein pancake is like a egg white hybrid . I prefer using a mix or some whole wheat flour . It's so much better.
