USPLabs Super Cissus in 2024

Has anyone tried Super Cissus lately?

I used it back in the day when USPLabs was under different ownership and the product was called Super Cissus RX. It appears to now be a part of Hi-Tech Pharma.

I got amazing results from it in terms of joints and pain relief back then, but I'm wondering if the ingredient profile is the same and if the product still works as well.

If it’s like anything else from Hi-Tech it’s under dosed and overpriced. But, aside from price, how can ya screw cissus up?

Not speaking specifically to any particular one, but surprisingly - you actually can.

There are quite a few different grades of Cissus on the market and different ways to test the raws. You'll see some brands claim to have x percentage but its really that if tested by UV, which isn't very accurate for Cissus and would test out completely different if actually tested by HPLC.

Also, depending on what a person is using it for - if joints, tendons, and ligaments, the legit 5% has always had better feedback. I formulate for a brand that changed from a 5% to a 20% bc some of their competitors were offering a 20% - their feedback was nowhere near as good on the 20%. It's also ironic that the 20% is actually cheaper than a legit 5% (back to what I was saying about testing methods).

I don't know if its still the case but around 2019'ish a lot of brands were tested and some didn't even come close to label claims. We're talking like half or less of the dosage claimed. I don't know if that's still the case, but it was then. That surprised people bc its not an expensive ingredient but that's the issue - brands competing for Amazon sales were doing anything they could to try to make theirs cheaper and cheaper.

We have people all the time email us and tell they didn't think Cissus worked bc they've tried brand xyz (usually a 20%) and then someone told them to try ours and ours worked great for them.

Had really good results with CissusXT, noticeable improvement to my tendon health. Took about 2 weeks to really start feeling the benefits. Part of my daily staple now along with Joint Support XT. I'm only a few days into Joint Support XT but can see the relief already its providing to my shoulder/bicep.

I haven't tried USPLabs Cissus so cant comment. The only other joint/tendon support I used was Animal Flex, but didn't see any benefit from that even after 2 entire tubs

I'm glad that you're liking Cissus XT and Joint Support XT. That is a great combination.

For anyone interested in trying them, the July 4th Sale saves 20% to 30% off of them including the already discounted mult-packs and right now we're also giving away a free Cissus XT with any Joint Support XT multi-pack.

Here's a link to the thread with the different sales and promos:

Thanks for the help!

I found a twin pack (240 caps) of Cissus XT for $32, so I ordered some of that instead of the USPLabs.

Hopefully that will work just as well as Super Cissus used to.

You're very welcome. I hope that you'll enjoy it.

I used to use Super Cissus, now I have been using SNS Cissus for a long time now - that's my staple Cissus product...SNS never fails me.
