Usplabs recall email

I just emailed customer service and was told that there was no recall on Versa-1??? What the hell??

Thats strange. I just said I don't feel safe taking versa with all the current controversy. They responded and said they'd be glad to exchange for a different product, I accepted that offer and she sent me return shipping. I'd assume they do the same for you bud.

It was the opposite, the guy argued with me and said it's not part of the recall that's it..
 
No I don't mind sharing, in fact whatever small part they played, they helped. People make their decision and suffer the consequences based on them. I made my PR but I didn't measure good or intake and according to most here how I idid it wasn't possible. I can prove I gain more muscle naturally than most day can happen in a year. I've done it. So you can put little value on supps all you all want but they helped me immensely. They were all from USPLABS LINE. Yes, I don't mind telling you the PR, it wasn't much by most people opinion but it's mine, 440 BENCH PRESS. It's on YouTube, under IPA RECORD BENCH 440 for 40 year old HokiePride.


That is a lot. Who cares what other people think of it. I think of it this way, the only person I want to compete with is myself. The point is, you worked toward a goal and you hit, without any chemical help. That, to me anyway is impressive. Great work Hokie!
 
As far as over training goes, I think that all depends on numerous variables. Age, experience, etc, etc.... I know the older I get the more recovery time it seems I need.

Ah age is a big one. I'm only 20 so according to legend I'm supposed to think I'm invincible .

So here it is exactly two weeks after I returned my versa and I finally recieved my pack from usp. Now when I initially asked for a refund the rep I was speaking to said she couldn't give a refund but that she could exchange the products for ANY product of my choosing. I choose their protein( as it's honestly the only product I'd feel safe taking from them at this point), and she said no problem. I sent them my three bottles of versa and today I got two tubs of protein? Wtf? Product for product is what we agreed upon- not three for 2. Feel really slighted by usp on this one.

I wouldn't expect anyone to understand the process of a national recall and the voluminous amounts of emails and phone calls dealt with. We are committed to our consumer and our customer service process.

Although a mistake was made in your return process, in which I apologise for, I guarantee if you contact our customer service line the mistake will be rectified in a timely fashion.

I tried calling the CS number earlier but I'm in in California so guys were already closed. I got the message machine and left a message explaining the situation, hopefully someone gets the message. Thank you for responding, I do understand this must be a tough time for the company,

I'm amazed how some are returning versa-1 while I was told they would not take it back because it wasn't recalled. Apparently customer service isn't all on the same page.

They told me that. I told them they have a 100% money back guarantee on versa-1 and I am unsatisfied. Still have the ad in some of my flex magazines. They said send a receipt and we will get you a label emailed out. So in the end I guess they took care of me

Extremely professional demeanor, I love seeing this. Nothing wrong with USPs people
 
I have a bottle left with 13 caps since I stopped with USP do anything about that?

There was a PES voluntary recall, you can send it in and they should refund it.

I recommend PMing bdcc about it to get a shipping label sent out to you.
