I got my pills today, 5 Green and 25 Orange. How many and which ones am I suppose to take? I'm assuming 5 Orange and 1 green each night before bed, but would like to give this product an honest test, so please fill in on the protocol, Thanks

Powerfull is orange (at least the bottles I had to test). Maybe the orange is P'full???
