Thanks to USPLabs for selection as an Australian Tester for Cissus MEGA DOSE and Symmetry. I received my four bottles a few days ago and have been megadosing ever since.
I suffered a back injury at work in February and have been in recovery ever since. As such I can no longer do deadlifts, and have some problems with squats, so I train around this. I am very interested to see what Cissus can do for me in this regard.

I am starting Phase III of this program tonite (Everything is in metric, so X 2.2 for pounds):
A1 Hack Squat Machine(narrow stance) 40X6, 70X6, 70X6
A2 Bentover Rows (palms down grip) 50X8, 50X8, 60X6
B1 Dips - +20X7, +22.5X6, +25X6
B2 Lunges Dumbells - 17.5X6X3
C1 Seated Calf 40X6X3
C2 Incline Bench Press 60X8, 70X6, 65X6
Sets: 3
Reps: 6
Rest: 60s between pairings
Load: 8RM
It is Day 4 for me on Cissus, so far nothing to report except a few hot flushes.
Diet:
I dont count calories. I try and get 5-7 meals a day. I avoid processed foods and am somewhat lactose intolerant.
I eat between 4000-7000cals a day, I have a very fast metabolism.
Weight:
92kg (will double check tonite).
