Hi Fit. Thanks for stopping by. I hope I've grown & my eyes aren't deceiving me. :D

Here is a review I wrote on bb.com:

Re: Cissus & Powerfull
Well, it's definitely having a great effect on my recovery b/t sets & endurance throughout workouts. If I am adequately rested going into a workout, I literally have to tell myself when to quit b/c I feel like the energizer bunny set after set.

Regarding strength, it picked up beautifully where X-Factor left off... I continued to make progress on many lifts, the most significant gains being on legs, second on back, then chest/arms.

I feel like I can workout more often, which as we know I have to be careful of, b/c the body does need rest.

I have had no negative side effects from Cissus/Pwerfull. For the first 2-3 weeks, my libido was the highest it's ever been in my entire life. I was "on" all the time. (Gave me a glimpse of what guys must have to deal with.) It was kind of fun, but I can do without it.

The C2 was too much/incompatible. And the cAMP I just have to be careful with b/c it has an effect on BM's. People who have struggled with irregularity love it b/c it takes care of that... but I have an efficient system & therefore, need to reduce the recommended dose unless I want to be in the bathroom ALOT.

Something important to me is that I feel safe with these products. I would be comfortable recommending it to people I care about.

I think if a person is eating right & getting adequate rest, these supplements aide in kicking up workout productivity. They definitely made my workouts more fun b/c my body was more able to keep up with what my mind wanted it to do.

I've gotten in a abs/oblique, chest/bi's workout & a 30 min. cardio since I last posted. All good workouts. No new PR's, but used some rarely performed exercises & felt like it got the job done. Feeling good. Got another comment on looking fuller & thicker. Probably doing legs p.m., & y'all know how I like to report on those workouts!! :D

Day 34
---------

p.m. legs
almost identical to previous leg workout, but no ext. b/c knees were a little swollen from extra cardio, and got an extra rep on presses at 540. was feeling run down & out of it after work, but this was a decent workout nonetheless.

Day 35
-------

a.m. shoulders
good workout even though tired and not feeling 100%
it's as if my muscles are willing to do almost anything my mind wants them to, it's CNS that's not recovering as quickly.

(i think i've managed to miscount a day somewhere, hmmmmm)

and now...a little somethin' somethin'...

Very nice. Your lat spread is better than Lanbanes. Love the veins showing in your arms and shoulders.

Those pics are impressive!
Dominique is quite a She-Stud.

My lat spread has improved quite a bit.... but yes, yours probably still beats mine. Your bi's put Rafters to shame as well.

okay, I figured out how I missed a day... Day 34 was a.m. cardio & Day 35 was legs (which I accidentally logged as Day 34 :fool2: )... Day 36 shoulders... which gets me caught up. mystery solved.

Day 37
-------
dosing:
cissus 3/3/3, pwrfull 4/2/2, E/C, cAMP 1/1

training: a.m. back, tri's
Lowered weights for 1st 2 exercises (pulldowns of varying grip) as to focus on contraction at bottom w/ hold in that position.
Moved on to DB uni row & set a PR (60#x12, then 65#x10) b/c a guy pissed me off. don't get She-Stud mad, okay?! :bruce2:
Followed that up with another PR on BB rows....(I really need to work on my lower back strength...it's holding me back on a few exercises, this being one of them). Finished off back with slightly reduced weight to focus on slow reps with holds at fully contracted positions.
Tri's went very nicely. Strength on par. Worked on flexing the tri's b/t every set to force more blood in.

weight: 158

Day 38
--------
dosing:
cissus 2/2/2, pwrfll 2, E/C, cAMP 1/1

training: rest

Was on the road most of the day, and ate more low carb protein bars than I would like to under ideal circumstances, but hey, at least I got my protein in. Although it was an easy day physically, I found it to be a bit stressing/tiring b/c I was in a vehicle with my parents for hours & they don't like to use as much A/C as I do, and various quirks of strong personalities...I had to bite my tongue alot.

Day 39
--------
dosing:
cissus 3/3/3, pwrfll 4/1(ran out), E/C, cAMP 1/1

training: a.m. chest, bi's
Great workout. Strength was on par for all exercises...got extra reps on a few. A little on the tired side, but excellent workout. I felt like my arms were going to explode during/after working bi's...very nice.

I had a midday dose of E/C (usually only have it in the morning) b/c I was so tired that I was kind of *****y...which I don't like to be...not fair to the boss, ya know. So now I feel fine, & will continue with my plan to do abs/obliques & possibly calves after work. I'll probably go to bed before the sun sets.

This log will end tomorrow. I'll post some more pictures and my final stats, review Wednesday. I greatly appreciate the opportunuty to try out this stack. I've grown on it, and will not hesitate to use it again or recommend it to others.

Thanks to all of you who took the time to stop by & post.

You a funny funny man.

But yeah, Dominique, your results have been awesome. Glad to see you stick it out and make a ton of progress.

Nice Job!!

thanks rafter. you guys continue to crack me up!!

thanks for posting.

Day 39 cont'd
--------------

p.m. abs, obliques, calves
my calves were so spent by the end that i skipped cardio b/c i was shaking with every step i took. driving was a hoot, my foot was trembling on the accelerator/brake. gotta love it.

Day 40 FINAL DAY
--------
dosing:
cissus 3/3/3, E/C, cAMP 1/1

training: a.m. legs
Woke up and heavily debated whether it would be smarter to rest or get in the workout. Since it's the last day, I figured go out with gusto. My strength was on par, recovery b/t sets good as usual.
Only highlight was on leg extensions.....pyramid up from 100# to the whole stack (200#) in increments of 20# for 20 reps per set. PR.
My thighs were nicely pumped and I had to walk funny. My mind really wasn't in it too well, just feeling tired. Didn't push myself too hard on anything.

Well, this evening I will take my final measurements & pictures. Will likely not get back to the office tonight to post...but it will be up Wednesday. oy, I need a couple days of rest! I better sign a contract with myself to do that, at least for one day :D

I prefer the ones I took Friday. :whiner: Oh well. I'm bigger.

Updated measurements will be taken tonight and logged tomorrow with my final review.

Measurements, final thoughts
here are measurements from Day 1:
weight 154
bf 16.5%??? (7mm)
arm 13
calf 15.25
quad 22.25
waist 32

and here are Day 40:
weight: 158 (+4)
bf 18% ??? (8mm)
arm 13.5 (+.5)
calf 15.25 (0)
quad 23.5 (+1.25)
waist 33.5 (+1.5)

My weight increased, as did bodyfat, but I feel safe in saying that some muscle was added. Half an inch on arms & quads is nice. I ate a 8 oz. steak last night, and looking at half a pound of pure meat, I think to myself, wow, half a pound of muscle growth is alot.

I digress. I got stronger on lifts that I specifically focused on increasing strength, leg press being the greatest gain made...up 40#.

Even when fatigued (b/c not resting enough), I was able to keep my strength on par. I experienced improved mind-muscle connection, great b/t set recovery, great endurance. Libido went up for 2-3 weeks then returned to its baseline.

The C2 didn't work well with me. For the 1st two weeks it was great & I was on top of the world, but from there on out it made it hard to go to sleep & stay asleep, and I felt like my CNS was short-circuited on it.

The cAMP was good at promoting regularity, and therefore I had to reduce dosage so as not to spend too much time in the bathroom. Other than that, since I couldn't "feel" it working, I don't have much to say about it. I did eat alot, and maybe it kept some fat off??

Cissus & Powerfull - I would use them again. Definitely improved my workouts & there were no negative sides at all.

A big "thank you" to USP Labs for giving me the stack to try out.
I hope this log was helpful.

Thanks to those of you who stopped by.

Nice work and great progress. I cant wait to get back on my stack. I felt so good on it. No neg sides either when i was on it.
