Has anyone's profile disappeared from us plans direct. Tried to log on but unable too. Though it might be wrong password but when I try to recover password I never receive the recovery email

this happened to me when the ic email came!i got the email,and when i tried to log in it said wrong password but it wasnt,i was so lucky that i set up another account right then and still ordered!
 
Seems like the same thing here also. Kept asking to update personal info and would not let me order. Finally got it to work and placed my order which was confirmed but somehow the zip code is wrong not even close to mine but still in the same city. Seems weird since it was ordered through my usp account which saves your address from what I remember. Anyway my order is somewhere else in Houston.
