Thursday May 21, 2009 - Hams and Calves

Knees have been really achy recently since I took a break from SuperCissus. I can't wait to start back up soon at high doses. Wide pilate smith squats, laying leg curls, barbell Romanian deadlifts, seated curls, outer thigh machine, angle plate loaded calve machine superset seated calves, toe press machine, v-situps, stretching.

Friday May 22, 2009 - Shoulders/Traps and Biceps

Sampled the new version of Jack3d tonight and I was zoned in! Great workout and strength was great. I lost track of time at the gym....I could have kept going and going! Dumbbell military press, barbell shrugs, angle incline smith shrugs superset thumbs up dumbbell lat raises, rear delt pec deck superset rear delt fly machine (delts on fire!), preacher machine, controlled across the body hammer curls (forearm still bothering me but it was nice to get back to doing some type of hammer motion), barbell curls, top forearm curls, rope abs, stretching.

Leg extensions, leg press, squats, step ups, inner thigh machine, leg press calves, slow shoulder calves, straight leg ups, stretching


Monday May 25, 2009 - Chest

Great workout. Flat barbell, incline barbell, flat smith, one arm incline hammer press, incline press machine superset, flat fly machine, knees ins, stretching. Last day to chow down.


Tuesday May 26, 2009 - Back/Traps

First day of contest prep. My mind was messing with me today so it took two exercises to get my head right but then it was on. High hammer row, low hammer row (these hurt the "boys"), barbell bent rows, deadlifts (was able to bang out 405x20 and 495x7 late in my workout and it was like 150 degrees in there today. Felt pretty sick afterwards lol), free motion lat pulldowns, cable row machine shrugs, side serratus cable abs, stretching.

I'm starting my prep at 221-222 afternoon weight (when I usually weigh myself) and 217-218 first thing in the morning "empty" weight. Stopped Prime today and will be starting up a stack of AP, PSLIN, Powerfull, and Supercissus. I have been high dosing Supercissus for 3 days and already feel much better in the joints. I will add in Product X in a couple of weeks and Prime again in about 4-6 weeks. No fat burners right now. I'm also of course using all of my Core Nutritionals products (mega dosing Core ABC). I'm also using creatine, multi, joint support, vit C, vit B, fish oil, CLA, etc. Lets get it on!
