Did you use core-zap prototype?
Not today. Haven't used it in a while. I'm going to test out a couple more combos this week and my workout partners will too...I think I know what the final formula should be....

Monday April 21, 2008 - Chest
Great workout tonight. I popped some of the Core ZAP prototype before my workout tonight and I was ready to rock. Core ZAP is officially in production and will be the guaranteed best preworkout energy and focus supplement on the market. I will release the formula soon.
Incline barbell press (felt really strong), incline hammer press (PR), flat barbell press (strong for doing this third), low incline flys, smith machine incline press with 2 second holds. My intensity was very high!

on the tester front, consider this an early application. I'm currently stim-free and using very few supps, so I'd be able to isolate effects rather well at this point. like your idea of the Core Zap/Recreate stack, that sounds pretty insane..

Monday April 28, 2008 - Chest and Tris
Another good workout on little sleep. Incline barbell, flat barbell, incline one arm hammer, cable flys superset wide hammer press squeezes, overhead dumbbell extensions (150 felt light), dumbbell deep skullcrushers, cable pushdowns, ab machine.
Tuesday April 29, 2008 - Back and Bis
Really mixed it up again tonight and I was totally drenched! More GVT but this time for my back. 10x10 barbell rows with 315, 10x10 high hammer neutral grip pulldowns, 10x10 cable preacher curls, and side serratus cable abs. Was in and out in about an hour but I was drenched. Back to work. Only 72 more hours!
Do Doug what would the stack of Zap and USP new test booster equal in the gym?
Good lawd! It would be INSANE. My intensity levels from the USP Labs product was extremely intense and it does not even contain stimulants....I can't imagine stacking these two together....I would be ready to tare sh!t up!!!!
Out of curiosity, what format are you taking the 3 AP/2 Slin in? I'm dosing the same #, but I'm curious as to your timing..

Woot! Woot! Awesome workout tonight. Simply awesome! If anyone wants to try a ridiculous preworkout combo try this. 1.5 hours preworkout pop a serving of Core ZAP, 1.25 hours pre workout have 1 AP and 1 PSLIN, 15 minutes later have 1 serving Core MRP+1 cup of oats, 30 minutes preworkout have 2 scoops Core ABC and a serving of Shock Therapy, immediately preworkout have 3 Powerfull and 2 Supercissus. My pump, power, intensity, focus, and strength was through the rough!.
We are all different but I would done this
2 hours pre workout pop 1-AP/PLIN
15 minutes later have Core MRP plus a bit less carbs since I'm not a freak like miller.
30 Minutes pre workout 3 PowerFULL-Core Zap(I use Y-rd right now)-2-3 cissus
workout and deadlift like 100lbs at Curves. I set the hydrolic machine to heaviest resistance and its on. You should see me struting in Curves. I'm a beast.
Doug you mind giving that protocol a go? The supplement set up not deadlifting at curves. Your just not on that Curves level yet.

The only reason I had the ZAP earlier was because I was working out late (close to bed)....I think your protocol is good though and what I would recommend generally.
Cant wait to try the ZAP!
How many carbs are you taking in post workout Doug?

My pump, power, intensity, focus, and strength was through the rough! It also helped that Steph told me earlier today that she pulled 275x9 trap bar deadlifts at a bodyweight of 130!
At a body weight of 214.6 I hit a barbell deadlift Page Ranking (that I last set when I was 223 last offseason). I hit 545x6 and went up to 555 for the first time. My goal is 545x10 and 585x4 by the end of the summer. That is ambitious but I will try. I also finished up with 425x17 as a burnout. We then went to heavy barbell rows, high hammer rows, t-bar support rows superset hammer strength shrugs, rope pulldowns superset reverse pecdeck, and side serratus abs. Lets hope this continues. I am aiming for 225 bodyweight by the fall/winter while staying relatively lean.
AP - 1 breakfast 1 preworkout 1 postworkout
PSLIN - 1 midday with big carb meal 1 preworkout (stacked with AP) with 100 grams of carbs (Core MRP + Oats).
when dosing the AP post w/o, are you doing this before the shake or before the whole food meal 45 minutes later?
