Okay, here we go for another journey! I will be doing a 60 days log and will try to bring up the most information I can to make this log fun and entertaining!

Thanks. Of course, I should be able to clear up a lot of questions regarding XF and Cissus, XF and AP (anti-inflammatory).

Definitely interested in this

The main thing that has always kept me away from X Factor has been that you aren't supposed to use any anti-inflammatory with it

I live on flax and olive oil so never been an option for me plus I love SuperCissus especially since I am prone to tendinitis in my knees and my ulnar nerve in my elbow

Not trashing the product at all, it gets rave reviews just providing some feedback. Looking forward to your log!

dude did you pay for that or is this a sponsored log? that looks like about $250 worth of supps right there. seems pretty pricey when you are 19. i see how the synergy would be pretty awesome but damn. hope you have a good job.

DAY 2

Today I was extremely worn out. I have no idea why, but we all have those days. Anyways, I was still able to meet my own goals for today. I did back and all my sets are drop sets to failure, so let me tell ya, it makes a man want to puke sometimes! Of course, AP kicked in at the very first dose yesterday. I felt really focused and went through the workout pretty easy considering the fact that I was so tired. I was also able to finish up my 30 minutes cardio after that, so I was walking out of the gym very proud.

i thought you couldnt stack Anti inflammatorys with XF? is that why your posting this log?

Will follow this one for sure, this is one of the main reasons I have yet to try XFactor is due to the dietary and supplement restrictions.
If you have time please post some before and after measurements.
 
DAY 5

Okay, here we are. So far, I noticed some very good sleep and mood. Powerfull is made for me. I get that little euphoria feeling, which makes me feel awesome.

I feel my AP kicking in right away at the first dose and still see increased vascularity.

My workout tonight was a biceps-triceps. I felt very pumped, and my skin felt stretched it's crazy! I just can't wait to see XF kicking in!

DAY 6

Off day. Very crazy good sleep!

DAY 7

Went for a mountain bike ride today, off day, but I pulled some good cardio out of this one! I felt great, and once done, I was ready for some more action! Powerfull really is showing it's good sides now!
 
DAY 8

Today was chest and traps, as well as calves. I felt a really awesome pump in my chest, and was feeling like I couldn't stop. I had a very good endurance, and was able to go to failure in a perfect form. No PR's today, but everything was very well executed, and it felt pretty nice. I noticed I am a little leaner now, and can't wait to go tan and see some more definition!
 
DAY 9


Today was some back, abs, and cardio. I have worked my ass off today, and really felt some tremendous pumps. I am seeing very good improvement in sleep quality.

Powerfull is very strong. I really like this product. It even makes me feel happy, and even dizzy at some times. So far so good!
 
DAY 10

Today was a super intense leg day. I have had a great workout, and have felt an intense pump all the time. Power output was normal, and endurance as well. I felt kinda tired because the weather is very bad, so it affected my training. But I can rate the workout as excellent!

This stack sounds good but I gave up on XF because of all the restrictions to my diet, fish oil, olive oil, etc...

That's too bad :( You should definetly give it a shot. It is well worth it. You can still use 2 grams a day of fish oil if you like.
 
DAY 11

Today was an excellent workout. I did shoulders, calves, and cardio. I actually thought that my shoulders would just step out and leave my body. This is how painfull it was. It is a good sign though! I felt like I was going to tear apart the weights! No doubt about it, it was a heck of a good one today!
 
DAY 12

I did an unbeleivable workout today. Everything was up, and I felt like I could be going on and on! I had great endurance, pump, and strength was way up! I stopped all stims recently, and felt tired all the time, I seem to gain some energy now!
 
DAY 15

I did some chest and calves today. Let me tell you this was intense! I was feeling great all the time.

DAY 16

I felt really energized today and the pumps were pretty great! I was focused, and really "into it". Libido is climbing as well. So far, so good!
 
DAY 17

I did some shoulders, and beleive me, the intensity was incredible! I felt really good the whole workout! Insane is all I have to say!

DAY 18

Biceps and tri's were rocked hard on this one let me tell ya! It was rough, I didn't do the reps I expected, but it's all good. I was still very satisfied.

I did chest and some shrugs today. It was a good one, but I didn't have my music. God damn battery was dead. Anyways, so so workout, but it passed my standards. (Which are pretty high)

DAY 22

I did some back, a little cardio, and I was PUMPED! I love those pumps when it makes you feel like you're the biggest guy in the gym! WHOA!
 
DAY 23

I did some legs today and it was crazy. When doing my smith machine squats, my legs were shaking, and it was one painfull workout. It was all worth it though! I am seeing pleasant results!

DAY 24

Today was shoulders as well as calves. The workout was very intense, and my endurance seems to be up a lot more than before during my finishing cardio.
 
DAY 25

I did some biceps and triceps today. It's amazing how I felt the pain during those reps. Pump is awesome as well. Sleep is just as good as the first week too, and I seem to feel looser in my jeans, but my weight is the same! NICE!

This was a very good workout. I did some chest and I was looking like a bull. Pumps were awesome, and people see a good difference!!

DAY 29

I did back today, and really felt it all the way through the workout. I was pleased with today's.

DAY 30

I did my legs today and went for a mountain bike ride with a buddy. The workout was very good, but I got a terrible cramp in my quads that lasted for about 5 minutes. This was so terrible I thought i would give up. The cramp just never went away!

DAY 31

I did shoulders and some cardio. I felt them burn like it was on fire! Very well!


DAY 32

This was crazy bi's and tri's today. The pump and power was very impressive. I really felt them tear down!! My hunger seemed to increase a lot as well which is well known with XF.
 
DAY 33

I did chest, traps and calves today. I thought my traps were going to fall. This was definetly the best traps workout I've ever had! Everything else was beyond average, but boy those traps felt good!
 
DAY 34

This was chest day. I was feeling a very good pump, but I had a headache when I was coming in, to make things worse, I had really good heartburns! Anyways, I managed to get everything done..

DAY 35

This was another brutal leg day, followed by a good bike ride in the mountains. It was very fun. I still feel a little sick, and bloated, but it's just a matter of time before everything gets back into it's place.
