Have you guys found a way to fix the stomach issues after taking AP?

I have taken a one-month off all supplements, and started on the AP again, and voila as before I run to the bathroom 15-20mins later

Definitely not nice to lose minerals.... in the toilet.

or is it because the minority only experience this and thus need not be addressed?
 
i have used ap several times and i havent had any disconfort from it. only when i eat really dirty and bad fats i get te anabolic dump , like if it made my body get rid of unwanted crap but other than that before i used to take ap i always take a dump 15-20 min after i eat and that continue with ap. maybe a small group of users have expirience that
 
any idea why this doesnt happen to everyone?

ive tried AP on every occasion and no dumping :)

ive been eating EXTRA clean, minimal alcohol and taking in digestive enzymes and a nice pro-biotic blend if that matters?

Ive been using the beta and 1 bottle of actual AP since October. It almost always makes me go to the bathroom about 15mins after taking my 1st dose. I think this was mentioned in more then one tester log of the product. I haven't noticed any negatives from this. Strength still increasing and I feel fine (I know this is only subjective). I actually like this effect because it keeps me less "bloated"
 
I've personally never had this problem, but then I dose my morning AP with a probi (Gut Health), which may be mitigating the issues.
 
I decided to take a closer look at the diarreha issues. With the tannins some people may experience diarrhea and some GI upset and pain from the tannins.

As far as what people can do, reducing the dosage is about the best bet.
Taking it with food may help a little but reducing the dosage to where it no
longer occurs is the best thing for those that experience such effects to do.


DRUG-INDUCED GASTROINTESTINAL DISTURBANCE OF TANNINS
-is a smooth muscle stimulant which causes stimulation of
intestinal peristalsis
-abdominal pain may be develop if large amounts
(greater than 1 gram) are ingested. Constipation may also occur

If you are experiencing these symptoms Simply start by taking one dose and slowly build up to 3 doses a day.

If you are experiencing these symptoms DO NOT DOSE Anabolic Pump pre and post workout. To avoid these symptoms keep dosages 5 hours apart and do not exceed 3 servings a day.

main three meals with AP

morning 30g whey isolate with 50g of rolled oats, 2 eggs, multi vit, and 1 AP

lunch 1burger+ fries and 1 AP

dinner is veggies, 12 grain bread , 3-4 slices with beef and 1 AP

pre-bed is milk isolate with probiotic (~20billion CFU)

on working days is ~ as above but just substitute the lunch AP to the post workout AP

dose it morning and supper, then up it after a week to 3!..
get some digestives enzymes, or look into Gut Health

I know a few who have had issues with AP, but after reducing it to 2 pills a day for a week, gradually taking 3 it seems to help

Yeah, I'd take out the burger and fries regardless, but I definitely think that's contributing to your issues.
 
If AP is starving your fat cells, where does the fat go? I go after taking in AP, but i also go to the potty after good meals. I call this phenomena "food in - food out!" when your body is certain its got enough to survive it will then and only then allow waste the leave, this ensures during fasting or starvation that you have something to burn. This same idea is why fat people who eat once a day stay fat, and also why we eat 6-7 times a day to speed out metabolisms. SO if AP helps shuttle nutrients, after dosing, the cells get fed and the poo gets put to bed.
 
That phenomenon is actually called the perastalic stretch receptor wave induction of the bowels. When a bolus of food enters the stomach it rest in the upper most portion of the stomach called the fundus corpeous, it then enters the antrum(lower portion) and activates a crunching/churning mechanism that starts chopping and thinning the food out. When the food is diced to about 3cm in size it then slides down to the distal portion of the antrum and stretches the stomach. The stretch triggers stretch receptors that opens up the pyloric sphincter and allows tiny squirts of food to enter the intestines. Once food is in the duodenum it once again stretches the organ and induces more stretch receptors controlling the smooth muscle lining of the entire intestines. This stretch induces perastalic wave contractions thru out the bowels, working in a syncromonious fashion in which one segment contracts while the next relaxes all the way down to the colon. If waste is in the colon it's only natural that the stimulation will cause the need to defacate after eating.

Now after that long explaination, and seeing as how the tannins can relax smooth muscle cells, it makes sense that AP causes more dumpage, which to me just means that the bowels are working more effienctly.
