Using an OTC SERM and AI, since I can't get clomid

Would using Rebirth and an OTC AI like Inhibit-E but a good idea? I can't afford to pay a place like defymedical and I can't find a doctor that will prescribe clomid and/or an AI. My test levels are in the low to mid 300 range, but since that range is considered "normal", no doctor wants to help. So, I came up with the idea of using Rebirth and Inhibit-E(If I need it) and pay for only lab slips, the one that cost $67 and get my blood tested about every three months. I'm waiting on my blood work to come back. My doctor was nice enough to give me a slip for basically a full hormone panel, minus a few things such as cortisol and DHEA. I have all the symptoms of Low T except my libido is quite high. I started a new thread, as to not derail my other "Does anyone know a good TRT doctor in Baltimore" Thread. I did this, because well this is a related yet different topic. My goal is to get my T levels into the mid 600s or above.
 
Explain your issue more. Is this a shut down or a hypogonadism issue? Is it just one blood test or more to support this finding?
I would wait til you get your bloodwork on Cortisol and Estrogen done, then come back here and let us know.
 
Secondary hypogonadism, from what I can tell. LH is 4.0. I'll post the results when I get them. I have had three tests, but two of them only tested for free and total. The urologist wouldn't even tell me the numbers of both tests, just one and even then he didn't want to tell me and just told me I'm in the "normal" range. My first test, my total T was 395 and Free T wasn't recorded. My second test, the urologist told me my free T was 86 out of a range of 35-100.
 
Well, my results are back and they are not what I expected. My TT is actually at 474. Here are the results:

Isn't Hemoglobin a bit high? Keep in mind I have mild sleep apnea and wear a mouth appliance and the day of the test, I didn't have more than 3 hours of sleep. My estradiol is high. My thyroid is at 2.0. Before I started taking kelp pills, my thyroid was at 1.11. The only other thing I did differently from the earlier tests is, I didn't take astragalus for two days before the test. This clearly means I won't get treatment for low test. It's both good and bad, since I want to still get to the 600 range. Since Estradiol is high though, would I benefit from taking a low dose OTC AI? Red Blood Cell Count is high. I have no idea what's causing that and what to do about it.

EDIT: I also took Claritin-D the night prior of the test and started taking Claritin-D a week before the test. I don't know if that matters at all, I'm just noting all the things different I'm taking, or not taking since the initial tests.
 
Prolactin is definitely on the higher level as well. You would benefit from something like SNS inhibit P in my opinion
 
I'm thinking about trying Rebirth twice daily and taking 1 pill of Inhibit-E every other day. Thoughts? I might try Armistane first to avoid FD&C Blue #1.
 
Well, I looked at more studies and weighed my options. I'm going to go ahead and order Rebirth and Inhibit-e. I may start a log.
 
"..follow up with urology." are you trying to avoid this? Seems like they may work with you if you still think your numbers are low.
 
All your numbers are in range. Seek out other avenues for your issues you are having. What issues are you having? you havent actually told us.

BTW other posters how is his Prolactin or Estrogen high if they are in normal range?? dafuq..

Yes and no...The trouble is, I've seen a urologist and they were of no help. In fact most the doctors I've seen didn't even want to test estradiol. My symptoms are, fatigue, low mood, low confidence, gyno, anxiety, trouble staying focused. With a Total Test level of 474, it's doubtful any of them will be willing to help me, regardless of my Free Test and other hormones.
 
So now it's time to look elsewhere for your issues. What is your life like? Depression? Overweight? Diabetic? Describe diet. Do you exercise? Intensity? TRT will not cure a poor lifestyle. Have to ask this as people think TRT is a cure.

Amen-TRT addresses a deficiency, it doesn't fix problems caused by lifestyle and/or other medical complications
 
Well, I used Rebirth and it DID make me feel more assertive and more confident; however it also gave me headaches and gave me some of the worst acid reflux I have ever had in my life. I know the Rebirth didn't affect my blood pressure, because my blood pressure was the same while on it as it was a few weeks ago last time it was checked.
