ok so i got this idea from watchin this movie on bruce lee i saw that he was using a electrostimulation device to contract the muscles , and from what i've read on the internet he was also abusing winny, which foremost probably contributed to his death....but i am using a tens unit and am noticing more hardness and greater density and my muscles staying harder. The Zol is really making me sweat and am also noticing more cuts on my arms and my abs. gonna add superdrol and a trn with basic cuts next week when it comes in....and keep working out as usual and then using the tens unit....
