Not sure if you guys already know about this one, but Invalid Link Removed for calculating the nutritional value of your meals/recepies.
 
Just noticed a slight bug on the site since they just modified it. It seems that when you enter a value in the pantry it always calculates it X 100g, rather than the value you select from pull down list under the food name. I know I'm not explaining this very well, but just make sure that the total recepie weight is correct so that you don't make a miscalc and mess up your diet.

awesome website... too bad, it isnt like fitday where it fills everything in for ya.
