Use your Kitchen to your Advantage!

A lot of people complain about not knowing how to cut or gain and a lot of it has to do with their inability to use their kitchen. Quit being lazy and cook. Tuperware is your friend. Use a good recipe and make enough servings to last a few days. Perfect example. White Chicken Chili, that will have you servings for lunch for at least 3 days and dinner even some. So switch it up, grill up some turkey burgers too. Cook Multiple meals at once. I choose Sunday to usually cook up my meals for the week then just portion them out. Really saves you time through the week and the headache of opening the fridge trying to find something "healthy" just grab a container and Nuke it! :-)

Excellent advice. Even if your not a strength athlete. If more people did that obesity would not be such an epidemic. In all reality the epidemic is laziness
 
The advantages of living 5 mins from where I work... I eat everything at home. It's great.
