Hi, i'm Yves (from Belgium) and it's my first post:head:
I train 4 days / week at 7pm. I'm 33 years old, 1.80m for 76Kg.
1.80 meters = 5.91 feet
76 kilograms = 167.55 pounds
I hope to hit 85Kg.
85 kilograms = 187.39 pounds
I use now some products of Universal :
In the morning with meal : Animal Pak and Real Gain Protein.
In the evening : Animal Flex
Directly after the training, Animal Nitro.
During the training : Universal Storm
I have finished the use of 2 weeks of Animal Cuts and i will now
try the famous Universal Zero-G with 7-keto.
My questions is :think:
Can i stak M-stak and Stak together with Zero-G ?
If yes, how and when ?
