Heading to the US for a holiday from Aus.

Any recommendation for good supp shops around Santa Monica and in Vegas?

Also, any recommendation for some cool gyms in each area?

You can always order stuff from US suppliers to a local UPS store for pickup too!

If I'm not mistaken it's really hard to get supplements into Australia, so I'm thinking if you wanna feel like I highschooler thumbing through a muscular development magazine then check out one of the Vegas discount nutrition megastores. There probably the biggest actual supplement stores you can find

I kinda miss being able to walk into a supplement store. When I was a kid every cool gym had a supplement store attached to it.

That's on my list of gyms I want to eventually go to. Would be good to see it in person and train there.

This for sure. Flex owns it and I met him last time I went, but a lot of the pros workout there. I saw Nick Walker working out, along with Nick Choi if you follow men's physique. There were some UFC guys too.

I've wanted to check out Powerhouse Gym, as that's where Mrs. O Iris Kyle and Hidetada workout. I think they might own it.

And I've been hearing about Newtech Gym as well. Jay Cutler and Milos workout there I believe.

has a posing room too lol

Those are my list to hit up to! Really any gym owned by a past pro bodybuilding you know is going to have some good equipment and vibes.
