US Census

Just wondering....

Do they come to your house or just send a packet in the mail?

Are all these people being hired knocking doors or just compiling the information?

I walked by a job fair hiring for the census and looking at the people there I, for one, wouldn't want them in my home and second, don't think they looked capable of mathematical calculations of basic nature.

You should get something in the mail. If you don't send it back, someone will come knocking. They just ask a few basic questions. I believe they all have an FBI background check as well. I don't even think they come into your house anyway.

They step into your house, not all the way inside your house.
My next door neighbor had the guy talked to them for 30 minutes.

To my knowledge a test is required before they get hired.
