Ursobolic Log

Nice man, I just won a free bottle. I might have to pick up another bottle.

Wonder how well this would work with an anabolic...

I too want to run this with a ph. Maybe some epi. Or sdrol :)

Day 19

Off day from the gym today, I was gonna run but I didn't sleep good last night so I'm just chillin today. I didn't sleep good the last 2 nights that I worked out, so we'll see if it has any effect on me in the gym tomorrow. I always get pissed off when that happens, I'm so paranoid that I'm missing out on precious GH output and recovery...

My weight gain has plateaued, so I've upped the calories some to try and compensate. Going for 3650 on workout days and 3200 on off days. Or should I just recomp and hope that my strength continues to go up... decisions, decisions.

Not sure if it's related to Ursobolic or not but I've got a little acne going on today and that's unusual for me. Appetite suppression seems to be minor, and actually non existant for the most part even at 12 caps/day for me.

Squats and bench press tomorrow, I hope I kick some serious ass.

Man dude you are strong. And eat like a champ!! Lol

Ursobolic seems to be great at keeping fat stores down. I'm gonna give it a go in about 4 weeks. Run 9 caps for 8 weeks maybe. See what it does to bodycomp. If it works good maybe I'll pick up another 4 bottles. :) run it with epi lol.

Damn I'm late to the party. Count me in for the rest of the ride

Thanks bro, it's kind of annoying having to eat so much when I'm not even that big lol, and for some reason despite the high metabolism my bodyfat stays higher than I'd like.

I think it definitely has a lot of potential, but definitely seems like something where results take a while to show up yet continue to get better.

Shoutout to everyone else that has been following or just joined in, I'll try to keep my updates more consistent.

Day 24

Hard to believe I'm basically 3.5 weeks in already. I've decided to stop bulking and just eat at maintenance calories. My reason for bulking was to get up to 190 so I could cut and lose some bodyfat, but I'm thinking maybe if I just keep my cals at maintenance then Ursobolic may be able to lean me out on it's own. I think I need to give this stuff a chance to do what it can do, instead of trying to bulk, and upping my carbs like I had been doing.

So I'll be at maintenance cals for a few weeks to see how my body composition changes. So far I haven't noticed much in the mirror, but my weight is up and my waistline is the same, so I'm pretty happy about that. Also, stregth continues to climb. I had been using lighter weights all summer because of some injuries, so when I started going heavy again I expected some linear progress for a while, but it's now been like 8 straight weeks of crazy linear strength gains without a single missed rep or plateau which doesn't even make sense. So for me I'd have to say that my strength has been improving much more than I would normally expect. Honestly I feel like it would have started to plateau by now if I wasn't taking anything, yet it shows no signs of slowing down. I went up in everything last week, squats, bench, deads, overhead press, etc.

Now that I'm back at maintenance calories and approaching a point in my training where I expect to be plateauing soon, if strength continues to increase I'll know that Urso is a big reason why.

I'm still at 12 caps/day.

I'm not trying to hijack your log just including information for comparitive purposes:

We apparently started about the same time since I am on my 18th day as well. I started at 8 caps/day the first week and increase to 12/day the second week. I am also taking T-Bol (6/day) and E-Bol (6/day). T-Bol makes me horny as a toad but I'm not sure how much it has boosted my test levels. E-Bol really speeds recovery. I have been eating fairly clean with a cheat day here and there. I haven't noticed any increase in body temp and leaning is very mild, if its there at all. I have four bottles in all. I will continue until they are gone and see what happens. Most fat burners say that you must use on a calorie defecit diet. Anything works on a calorie defecit diet, even asprin. I'm trying to test UA on a maintanance diet. It's the only true test IMO.

Glad to have your input, I agree about testing it on a maintenance diet. I really wanted to put it to the test so I was bulking, upped my carbs, had a few more beers than usual, but I think there probably isn't much of anything out there thats going to visibly lean you out while doing all of that so thats why I decided to get back to maintenance and eat as clean as I can to see what UA can really do. I do believe it's helped my strength gains, I'm sure muscle memory has a lot to do with it, but I still feel that Ursobolic is helping a lot there.

The one thing that I have noticed is that my muscles look much fuller at my normal weight. I actually keep measuring thinking that they have grown but baseline measurements are about the same. Go figure...

I've been doing the same thing in my log. Eating above maintenance. I have lost any sharpness. I was thinking about dropping back to maintenance as well and seeing if it really leans me out but I am so enjoying my carbs

wow that's interesting. When I run it later I'll try to keep my measurements as well. And see what the mirror says. Nice observations.

Interesting feedback here, hope I'm in for a treat :)

I am having the same experience, my muscles seem more full and dense but no measurement changes
