Nothing striking me as an issue. It might help maintain some of your mass as you dip into the fat stores.Pair well with semaglutide?

how long have you been on it?>If you had to recommend one of your products to pair with glp1 what would it be?

I think I would stick with ursa. One can only assume you intend to lose weight by using a glp1.
coupled with a low-calorie diet Ursa will have profound effects on fat stores, and as a bonus, offer some help in maintaining some of the mass you have. I think once you are a bit closer to your end goal, I might switch to Epichaos, as its pretty nice for nutrient partitioning. You still won't be eating much I'm sure, so it may be a thing at that point that you look pretty flat if not gaunt. Epichaos is nice to help with a fuller look when otherwise you might look kind of rough...
the GLP1 should be doing the lions share on the fat loss angle so I'm trying to think in those terms.

Plus one on the Epichaos suggestion as you go deeper into deficit. It really shines alongside a cut to support energy and pumps in the gym despite the lower calories. It's definitely my favorite "feeling" one of the two, especially at 10 pumps. Really puts me in the mood to lift.Thank you! Appreciate the response

I signed up for the subscription and ran Ursa, Flashpoint and Epichaos during my last cut and was impressed with the results.
At least 5 pumps on the collar bone / neck area. You'll feel more heat and sweats beyond that so I like to taper up depending on how much I want to sweat in my workout. Definitely plan to up the water intake and shower post workout. How much Ursa per day?
