Urolithin B lowers estrogen

on my last cut I ran ep1logue for 8 weeks at the very end of my cut and looking back I noticed very low estrogen side effects and felt terrible every day and I cant think of anything else that would cause this to happen, on the flip side its the best I ever looked the dryness and vascularity I got was insane, does anyone know the science of urolithin b? is it a natural type of estrogen blocker? has anyone else experienced this?

That said yes pomegranate components and urolithins in particular have been studied with their role as phytoestrogens and their effects on estrogen (Invalid Link Removed for example).

Probably won’t find conclusive evidence in trained individuals but I also don’t think the effects you felt are the first time someone has mentioned things like “drying out”, “density/fullness”, etc.

i know being really lean doesn't feel good as this wasn't my first time getting shredded, my diet and training stayed the same during those 8 weeks all i did was add in the ep1logue and the sides i got were no sex drive, no energy and extreme dryness which is a pretty obvious sign of low estrogen.

after reading that study it makes since now tho
 
Yeah , noticed the same thing the first time I ran this , but it hit on the second bottle which is when ep1logue seems to start working

Yep and I’m with you. Ep1logue dried me the f*ck out and it actually was Maintained for a while after stopping. Stomach felt shrunken constantly on it Maybe uro b lowered estro to where my body had to balance back out . Felt slight rebound months after stopping, but could have been unrelated so Can’t day it was Ep1logue.

What were your effects after stopping?

I stopped taking it the same time I ended my cut and i had the worst rebound i ever experienced kept binge eating and still felt the low estrogen side effects, it took a couple a months to go away but it was terrible
 
I have bloods taken post oral UroB for 8 weeks and seperately 8 weeks on TD UroB - My Estrogen levels were actually somewhat higher on TD and the same on Oral.

He probably tested it prior to Ep1logue and Massacr3 since he helped design them. I'd assume he used the ingredient individually, but I'd be in to find out too, so mini bump. ;)

You are correct regarding Oral, given there was some data suggesting it would inhibit aromatase, i trialled orally before we released.

Out of curiosity following a TD version becoming available I ran two bottles and got labs done (coincidently for health check up).
