Urolithin A Supplement

Do you supplement with Urolithin A (why or why not)? If so, what have you experienced? What Urolithin A product(s) have you used?

Urolithin A itself, as a stand-alone supplement, is rather expensive. In lieu of taking a Urolithin A stand-alone supplement, what product/extract do you take that you believe provides the greatest benefit? We know (I believe) Urolithins are not found in food, although their precursor polyphenols are (and are found in many fruits and vegetables including pomegranate, strawberries, blackberries, walnuts, pistachios, pecans, and brewed tea which contain ellagic acid and/or ellagitannins ). When eaten, some of the polyphenols are broken down by gut bacteria break down into urolithins.

What precursor polyphenol (or extract) do you be;ioeve provides the greatest amount of Urolithin A?

Edit - I just noticed that SNS carries Urolithin-B XT. I don't know the differences between Urolithin A and Urolithin B, but noticed that the SNS product is extracted from pomegranate.

@sns8778 - Steve what are the differences between the two and what is your experience?

I don't know much about these, I saved this to my phone at one point to do some reading and still haven't got around to it. Maybe it's useful for you.

I can't speak much to the differences between A and B... but I did run ~3 months of Uro-B from SNS at 300mg a day, noticed better endurance, better pumps + that all day muscle fullness feeling. Also seems like something that has plenty of 'general health' benefits with extended use.
