Has anyone tried Uridine and could share some feedback? I picked up some UMP, and am going to try it soon.
 
Yes I've been trying it for several weeks now in an attempt to possitively influence neurogenesis in the CNS. So far the effects are not 'acute' in that they are noticeable right away but my memory capacity is slowly increasing (or so I think).

Thanks for the reply.

Just finished an ArA run and starting to taking fish oil again. I was holding off on the UMP until now because of that synergism.

How are you dosing?
