UR Spray and R spray

What would you suggest the best way to use both these sprays? I would like to take UR spray twice a day and the R spray once a day?

Ur Spray in the morning and again in the evening, covering as much skin as you can. R Spray can be used if you can allow at least 8 hrs between sprays or you can have some one spray your back twice per day
 
Do I use R spray once per day or twice!! So take Ur Spray with R spray on the back? How many pumps of the R spray? Sorry for the questions and thanks for the reply
 
If you are using the R-Spray in the method I have suggested, I'd have some one cover your back, however many sprays it takes, think of painting a house not of the number of sprays. Just apply a nice even coat. If you were using R-spray alone I'd recommend covering all your reachable skin once per day.
 
I'm not going to be able to apply to my back.....but I did want to know how many sprays of the R-spray would be most effective for strictly anti-aging purposes, and I suppose the best alternative area to apply.

50 sprays per day to any thin skinned areas. As far as alternative areas, use your imagination.
