updates on my first cycle !

started my first cycle with osta added epi couple of weeks after and decided to do 6 weeks of havoc while on havoc on week two
i decided to run m sten as well since i wanted to get the most out of this cycle.

so here is how i started

osta 30/30/30/30/30/15/15
havoc 0/030/40/40/40/50/50
m sten 0000000/20/20/20/20
4 andro 0000000/200/200/200/200

other supps :
animal pak
animal flex
tudca
iron mag labs cycle support
fish oil
taurine
liv52
coq 10

since i heard that m sten needs a test base with it i run 4andro as well,,
the results iam getting are amazing ! gained 15 pounds so far i have 20 more days to go on my cycle
only side effect noticed is back pumps during workouts only ,, easy fix 5mg of taurine took care of it
nolvadex is on hand for pct
started at 168- and now iam at 183 eating 5-6 meals a day + universal real gains shake with egg whites and oats


the strenth is amazing pumps are crazy at the gym co worker told me how the hell are u getting bigger by the day,, while mom asked me if iam on injections since iam gaining size so fast.
after 4 weeks of pct i will wait 2 more weeks and run another cycle.
 
Bro your a dumbass....this is you're first cycle, epi and 4 andro wouldve sufficed...why tf are you hopping on another cycle 2 weeks after pct????you're going to permanently shut down you're hpta...its good that everything is going well but I think you need at least 6 months off after this to research and learn

thank you for sharing your opinions ! so you think if epi is there 4 andro wont be needed ? every where i looked it said m sten must be run with a test base so i did,,

He was saying the Epi and 4 Andro would have been your best choice for a first cycle.
