update time !!!!!

I hav e mentioned on previous threads I was running an 8 week cycle of all four gl products. Well I am almost done.

I have stated I dont do logs but am lean enough to tell what is happenening in my body.

Here are my results on about week seven I am up over 25 pounds my arms were prob about 15.5 when i started they are now over 17(completely cold) my forearms went from 12 to over 13 inches, My strength is just in another league(especially lower body) and with this my pants still fit the same as when i started my abs are more visible in fact( my wAIST IS APROX 32 INCHES THIS IS AT 200 POUNDS AT 5'8)

sides are next to none except for aggresion is very apparent!(I know myself, and keep it in the gym where it belongs)
All in all this has been a great experience sorry i did not keep details through out, this is my account take it for what you want
 
Grexx, thank you so much for your advice you are credit to this industrie and really put the diet and exercise part of the equation into perspective, they are what i credit alot of my results from, they are infinatley important

I call BS. Lets see some before and after pics. 25 lbs! Come on.

honestly, 25lbs in 8 weeks is pretty hard to believe. 3.125lbs every week?

Maybe you were way off on your genetic potential? I mean, if your abs are sharper.... you didn't put any fat on there.. Maybe you're holding about 15lbs of intracellular water?
 
The last 2 statemets are fairly accurate(the first one I expected to receive, like is said im sharing my results take them for whatever you would like, i am simply not making the time investment to post before and after pics, it is my choice) If you read my previous comments I had been overtrainning and not eating enough for a long time(that is why I made such a large investment and why i am so thankful to grexx for dietary advice) this was my first time really uping my kcals and i wanted as much nutrient partitoning as humanly possible, realistically there is only so much any compound can do when you are burning to many calories and not eating enough. also where did i ever say 25 pounds of muscle tissue, that is not possible the body cannot due that no matter what compound you are using, Muscle tissue(all kinds not just striated) is highly metabollically active the human body could simply not support such gains(vital organs need calories to)) When i say 25 pounds i am simply using the same basic terminology people use when describing gains on this site as to make a fair comparison of my results( any one here that gained 25 pounds using any compound, including injectablesthat think they put on 25 pound protein tissue, needs to retake bio-101 in college), my results are largely intracellular fluid as are anyone here taking anything that is making dramatic weight gains. Every thing is stated is factual, I did gain 25 pounds on the scale,(used the same scale by the way)I did not say i gained 25 pound muscle tissue, i said i gained 25 pounds, and i never said i was trying to keep it(the scale weight, bodybuilding is not a 2 month sprint it is a lifelong marathon) I due beleive I greatly increased the amount of muscle in my body, irreguardless of my weight and that i will keep)
 
Jones I definatly agree with your statement, wouldnt argue it for a second, it is obvous you know what you are talking about, their is noticable bloat around my neck and face(clear signs of overall water retention) but yes my abs are more visible as well as the musculature surrounding my lower back i feel this is due to increased muscluar density, like i just said my goals are my own and the due not necessairily include keeping 25 pounds of scale weight, also obviously my gains were not so evenly dispersed i reached a weight threshold about 4 to 5 weeks in, and only gained another few pounds after that
 
i believe it, i gained 18lbs in 3 weeks on M1t, i was going from extramly ripped to a full on gain as much as you can cycle, but 18lbs non the less, so for Even if he was doin the same type of thing it's def. believable for me.

Nice results, good to hear some feedback on GL stuff. What was your dose regimen over the 8 wks?
 
None the less, great job. I think some pics would be good though.

Using 4 products at once, could you tell what was doing what? Had you ever used any of them before?
 
Evan, great job!!!! Thanks for the compliments and don't worry about the ones calling you out. I don't understand why guys can't just say nice work. I am what does it really matter anyway?? If you are lying about, who really cares? But anyways, fantastic work and 25 lbs in 8 weeks is very doable albeit not 100% muscle gain. Nice work again.

I would be more worried about his lipid levels,due to the fact that only one of the GL products is methylated.
 
I believe 25lbs in 8 weeks i put on 30lbs in 8 weeks with a great deal of that being muscle on 1-test & 4-ad. Also you can put on insane amounts of size even in a month, Author L. Rea shows you in his first book CHemical Muscle Enhancement how to put on 30lbs in 30 days, the problem isn't putting it on it's all the work to keep it. Also if you were overtraining and not eating enough that very well could be almost all muscle, if you purposely overtrain for 2 weeks or so then hope on an anabolic compound it will work much better and you'll sling shot forward. Your body will actually over compensate by building more muscle tissue than normal :woohoo:, congrats on the gains.

I'm not doubting you, but you have to explain this one to me. I almost drooled on my keyboard.
 
OK so what you do is purposely over train for 2 weeks while reducing calories to maintenance minus 500, this will put you in a catabolic state BUT it will also upregulate your androgen receptors and prime your body for new growth. Steroids/PH/PS, work best in an environment that is enitially catabolic, so in those two weeks your body will pumping out cortisol. Then on week 3 you put everything in place eating 500-1000 calories surplus. Use some fast acting androgen/anabolics ,cut back on training volume and your body WILL over compensate and partioning your food towards new muscle growth instead of fat cells and cranking up protein synthesis, so 10lbs in your first week wouldn't be uncommon. A cortisol suppresser and some thyroid support supplements would ensure optimal gains. The reasons being cortisol has built up over the 2 weeks, so that needs to be squashed and your T3 levels will be low so that means lower protein synthesis. I've done this many times even without anabolic compounds just naturally and using natural supplements as anti-catabolics, first time i did it i put on 11lbs in a week!

I have been "chasing" this gl cycle with a combo of stimerex-ES and thyrogen-x I am leaning out "very signifigantly" yet my weight has only dropped a couple pounds, if I had to guess I would say my waist is now under 32(prob 31.5 inches) my arms ar still at 17+(2 inch gain) and thighs are at 28.5(2.5- inch gain)and my weight is hovering around 197-200
I know this is a corny thing to say but I am truly proud of my self, I have been so consistent over the last couple years and to finally hit the 200(159 1.5 years ago)pound mark at 5'8 and sub 32 inch waist, i feel all the pain and sacrifice i have consistently endured has payed of I have not just grown phsically but overall as a person
 
Awesome job evan! I am really happy for you man. I am in your shoes as well, I recently came back over 200 after cutting down to a svelt 175 pounds currently up to 208 this morning. People talk about how gains can't come that quick but with your diet and training in check, proper supplementation and a good deal of fortitude amazing things are possible! Stay strong brother
 
**** he makes me wanna do it too..lol this guy could be like a new age rep lol..lol but I don't think I would do all at once maybe sd and pm..oh well great job anyway.
