Something I’ve thought about. The 3 caps in the morning and 3 before bed which I started ages ago and has worked very well…I’ve never upped the dosage. Yesterday I thought to myself, well what about if I up the dosage, particularly on days where I know I’m going to be eating lots. Somewhat like with Sesathin. Most ppl use the recommended servings with Sesathin, but take extra servings around big fatty and carb meals, and tend to notice that their weight and waistline are looking good the next day.
So last night, I had roast lamb and a few servings of roast potatoes, and then, Spanish and South American pastries. So, before bed I took 6 instead of 3 C-AMP caps. This morning I would have expected my weight to be up by quite a bit, and my waistline to be quite expanded. Well? Nah! Seems like the increased dosage overnight helped.
Anyways, I will keep trying this in case it was just a one-off. Would also be interesting if others could try it.
