Unusual Exercises You Do

I thought it might be interesting to share any unusual exercises you include in your training.
Hopefully we can learn some new and interesting ways to train.
As a few of you may already know, I am a fan of a lot of Vince Gironda's ideas.
Although I don't agree with everything he preached, I think the modifications he made to different exercises, was brilliant.

I think this is the single best chest exercise I've ever done.

no links, but look into rack chins. those are funky as fuk and you will get some bert stares

i got some stares just doing face pulls. those arnt weird to me at all though
 
Haha holy ****, is that a pic of John Meadows? I don't know at what point of his life he got the colectomy, but I almost feel this pic was post-op. His legs look so small compared to now.
 
Doggcrapp stretches were a thing I did/do that made people raise an eyebrow.
 
Probably all the specific corrective exercises I do before each workout. I would assume the people I work with on here who do them also get some funky looks.
