Hey man, if you want any help with your diet or anything PM me and I'll give you my email. I'd love to help you make the most of your magnitropin run. Instead of doing a 10 week blast, I'd do something like this: Magnitropin 1-8 Soy Lecithin 1-8 Most wanted 4-12 XGels 4-12 ABE 9-16 That's four months of gains IMO and should allow you too see what works and what doesn't work. That being said if you need help with your diet, training or just have any qs just shoot me a PM and I'll give you my email and I'll help as best as I can

Ok I'll give this a bash :). My problem with diet is that I don't cook my own lunches and end up resorting to wraps etc from shops. Appetite is a issue aswell. Will do your plan and stick to it!

Nice. It wouldn't be so much a plan. I don't believe in cookie cutter but I can def give tips on making food for work. Traveling for myokem has taught me some things
 
Gone to the gym 3 times this week, feel so puny, the weights I lift havent fallen drastically which is good, I just look smaller. can still bench 180 for reps, so it wont take long to get it back.

Not touching any supplements until Monday, and then can get this show on the road

Taken all advice into consideration, but I think my plan for January/February/March is dirty bulk and get strength/size as high as possible. So I'll be running Xgels @ 1.5g daily & ABE at 4 caps daily for 10 weeks. What do people think about the support supps (Alcar 500), is it needed? I have some at home.

After the run, ill be using Most Wanted & Magnitropin to recomp and keep strength increasing. I just feel Magnitropin is going to be a much better tool post ArA as opposed to pre

Will be dosing my vitamins and fish oil 8 hours away from Xgels so it doesnt interfere. Will be running 2 3/4 bottles of Xgels/ABE to get the most out of the run.

Took a current photo of myself but dont want to post it up as its badddddddd, but will be using it for weekly comparisons. Make sure you guys keep on top of me to post a weekly photo every week for 12 weeks, will really be able to see progression
 
9am - 2 scoops Alphamine (US version)
10am - Breakfast shake (vanilla icecream, peanut butter, grenola, cookies & cream PES protein, banana, frozen berries)
10.30am - Wodpack Vitamins, 2 ABE
1pm - Chicken Salad Wrap, beef jerkey (will start making myself chicken & sweet potato home meals)
3pm - PES cookies & cream w/ orange triad greens
5.30pm - Green magnitrude Creatine, 6 x Xgels, High volume, 6 teaspoons Soy Lechtin
7.30pm - Chicken/sweet potato/greens w/e 2 ABE
PreBed - 5 x Growth Factor XT

No need to dirty bulk bro, youre only going to gain muscle at a slow rate (about 1 lb) a week. Anything more will be fat and you'll have to dirt it off and risk losing the muscle with a longer prolonged diet. Plus thebfatter you get, the ****tier your insulin sensitivity to muscle tissue will be, thus resulting in more fat gain. Its like a snowball rolling down a hill in a sense

Gotta look at it like a marathon, not a sprint. There's no quick fix in this game unfortunately. Crash diet, lose muscle. Dirty bulk, get fat. Obviously I won't charge you lol I'd just wanna help a brother out ;)

I dont really ever dirty bulk, I just mean for the next 12 weeks I'm not going to not eat something because of my weight goal. I normally eat fairly clean anyway, im just going to try eat a lot. Definitely wont be going near pasty's sausage rolls etc

Its one thing to want to get better and look better but realize right now, there are people out there that would KILL to look like that! You have the desire to improve and get better and that's half the battle. Now just make a plan and execute! I foresee big things for you bro

Thanks guys! Its just hard looking in the mirror at myself currently, this is easily the worst shape ive been in since June 2012! But im probably more motivated than I've been more in the last 3 years so really think this is going to be a big year for me.

Also decided in not ever touching test boosters again, just think when it comes to me the negatives outweigh the positives. Only thing im going to touch which naturally touches test is Magnitropin, because it just look all around such a strong supplement.

Will just rotate between ArA,folli,magnitropin,most wanted, abe and soy lechtin, cant really go wrong with any of those

Start of this year is going to be the highest level fights pretty much ever, and they all set up even bigger fights later this year. 2015 mma is going to be a ridiculous year

Been on ABE since yesterday, and my hunger has gone through the roof. Is it normal to get this hungry this quickly?
 
Big chest session yesterday, feels good to feel that pain. Did dumbell flys properly for the first time ever yesterday, oh my god its so satisfying. You feel like your pec is going to rip in half.

Elected to put the soy lechthin in my morning shake as opposed to PWO, i doubt it makes much difference

Definitely needed the rest day yesterday, body was absolutely killing all over, not sure if its due to the ArA or really getting back into the swing of things.

Looking forward to a big back day today, get some dead lifts done!

As im not drinking for a long time, just going to stick to the 2 days on 1 day off protocol, as there will be no problem gyming saturdays/sundays.

Going to visit my girlfriend in the UK in 13 days, so need to have a decent recomp going on by then
 
Nasty back and bi's day yesterday, love it. Not getting any doms, even with 1.5g of ARA which is weird, i thought my doms would be unbearable. Although legs on saturday will be the real test. my leg doms are usually 6 days long

Did a big chest & legs session over the weekend. Strength is definitely coming back.

Managed to do dips with a 35 plate around my waist for 3 sets of 15 which is pretty decent. Only problem with the weekend is I dont eat as much as during the week so need to make sure my fridge is stocked up next weekend

Dips looked great. Strong man. I try not to go that low, maybe just below parallel, to keep more tension on the triceps instead of a full transfer to shoulders and chest. Assuming you were doing triceps.

I'm too big right now to rep out 35. Lol

Haha, I was leaning forward to hit the chest, but maybe you're right and I go too low, cheers for the advice big guy

Just how I do them, not necessarily what may fit you. I'll try tomorrow, but I dunno if I could go that low and pull my big *** back up. Lol
