Anyways I went ahead and killed legs and today is my bday as of may 5th I'm 27 and tommorow I'm gonna take my rest day and celebrate cinco de mayo and party it out no alcohol of course but there might be safer party supplies if you catch my drift :). Weight as of this morning 224 back and shoulder width has widened out this cycle starting to look like a mini beast if only I could get my biceps to grow faster !
 
OK well cycle still going steady went to orientation today 2 hour drive there and back so been up since 430 am will proceed to kill a back work out though. Super pshcyed for my new career :) today will be a good day
 
Getting great results in here bro! Yeah, arms are such a bitch for me to grow too... Back and shoulders grow like crazy on me
 
I honestly think my arms grow more when I don't train them, when I was younger n boxing I would only do bench squat on one day and deadlift and clean n press on another day and lots of heavy bag work n my arms would blow up. Figure that one out?
 
Well killed arms today there on the way to looking big. Also fasting all day and having 1 meal tonight some up at 225 naked so I need to cut back a bit on food again a lot leaner than the 222 I started at though roughly 16% bf atm
 
I did arms and legs today because gym in my parents' town closes on Sunday.
 
I've already been using Nolva past few days with arimidex EOD at .5 mg not helping much so I need letro?
 
Is it a flare or sensitivity? My nip is on fire to the touch but no gyno. Running low dose Nolva and upped my Exemestane to 25mg EOD. Trest will cause your nips to flare but as long as no mass.

I prefer Exemestane to Letro... Letro dosing is so sensitivity and you can destroy your estrogen

That is a miniscule amount of nolva especially for every third day...

I'd start off with 0.625mg ED, and ramp up gradually to 1.25 or even 2.5mg ED and continue it for probably a week after the puffiness disappears, and I would taper down as well so you don't get a huge estro rebound effect.

Cool, if you're using nolva concurrently with the letro I would taper up to 1.25mg and see if that does the trick. The less letro you can effectively use, the better. Every time I use letro I get very flat and weak, and can't "get it up" to save my damned life.
 
Nolva will just block the estrogen at the receptors in your breast tissue, so it will stop it from getting worse but might not make it get any better.
Do you have any AI like exemestane or adex?
 
Well just ordered letro and nolvadex so should be here in 3-5 days will nolvadex up until then at 20 here a day. Also start my new job at 5 in the morning first day :)

Thanks well my real gear got here so 15 weeks ready just gonna take some time off . Then also new job i get to work 6am-430pm 6 days a week so money flow should get good then soon bulk whey protein :)

Well my letro got here yesterday did 1.25 my yesterday and today blasted 2.5 probably will do 2.5 for 2-3 weeks is it fine to run nolvadex with or save nolvadex for tapering down letro for rebound?
 
Soreness is already gone but I have slight gyno it's about as circular as a dime and about as flat so hopefully letro and time will fix it
 
if dosed around 75 a day with transdermal will there be any significant nip sides? Lol
