Unleashing the Powers (iForce Sponsored)

Had a pretty good chest & tris workout today! Tried 2 scoops Hemavol with 1 scoop Compete for the first time today.. Was "in the zone" to say the least on the drive to the gym. When I got there, I was ready to throw around some weight around. Vascularity was pretty intense. Had a long sleeve thermal on & could even see my veins through my shirt. Never noticed that before. Endurance is still amazing. Rest between sets was no more than a minute. Was more than ready going into each set. Taste is still very pleasant. Never looked forward to drink a supplement so much! Haha. Workout wasn't as long as I wanted, but was limited on time before work. It was as followed.

Did you take all of them pre-workout?

Veins through a thermal? That shows your doing things right - hard work on your part, and some kick ass benefits from Hemavol too. Nice workout!

Appreciate it man! Yea, the veins weren't crazy profound but that's the first time I've ever noticed an "definition" through a thermal shirt. Loving these products.

Just got back from the gym & had a hell of a workout. Biceps are throbbing. Almost couldn't take my shirt off. :P Pumps were some of the best I've had on a bicep day.. Thought my skin was gonna rip apart. Vascularity was ridiculous. Gym was packed & damn near caught everybody looking (never been conceded but I'm serious lol)
Rest between sets were about a minute apart, as usual. Before this, I was going about 2-3 before feeling fully recovered from the previous set. I love the pumps from the Hemavol, but the endurance is by far my favorite aspect of the combo or Compete. Just the fact I can get in more reps or sets than I was using before, is pretty awesome. My workout was as followed.

I've been a pretty avid lifter for the past few years, but I've never looked forward to each day's workout like I have been since starting this combo. If you've peeping in this thread & have never used either of these iForce products, please do yourself a favor & get some. This stuff is the real deal.

It's a good feeling when people are checkn you out at the gym ;)

Off day today. But just finished playing pick up basketball at LA Fitness for 4 hours. Filled my gallon jug full of a scoop of Hemavol & compete & drank entirely throughout. Definitely helped with cardio endurance, which I haven't tested yet using these products.

Sorry I've away from the forum, guys. Life's hit a busy road lately with school & work. Did finally get some free time today & my buddy asked me to go play some more pick up basketball with him. Did my usual pre & intra routine as if I were lifting.. (1 scoop of both Hemavol & Compete pre and a scoop of Compete intra). Had a good team running today.. Played about 3 hours straight as we kept winning. Being one of the better defenders, my intensity matched my energy and endurance today. Went hard the entire duration of both games. I've never really been one to pick ball (3 year high school starter) over my newer addiction of lifting, but being that I do not enjoy traditional cardio & have not been implementing it into my routine, I thought it'd get some in while I could. Gonna hit the gym tomorrow after work though, because I can tell she's getting suspicious of me cheating. ;) update coming tomorrow!

Alright fellas, just got back from the gym & drinking my post shake. Did some chest & tri work today. Felt freaking pumped the entire workout. Endurance is still the easiest noticeable perk to this combo. Did sets of 10 DB bench, really working on TUT & was well recovered & ready for the next set to follow. Vascularity is still spot on, not only in the gym, but just about all day once taking it. The double Lemon Drop combo is still the best flavored pre shake my mouth has been blessed with. Anyways, my workout was as followed.

Nothing's really changed opinion wise about these products. Still fueling my workouts better than before I got my hands on the Hemavol & Compete. Every aspect of the products are exceeding my initial expectations.

I love using this combo for ball. The endurance doesn't kick in to about 30 minutes in, but once it does you're good to go!

Had some seriousssss DOMs going on in my chest today. Those sets of 10 & focusing on TUT killed me. Lol so I took today off from the gym but did play some pickup basketball again for a good 3 hours. Endurance was crazy. Everybody playing called my gallon jug of 1 scoop Hemavol & 1 scoop Compete "my magic juice", referencing Michael Jordan's special "water" on Space Jam. Found that quite amusing. :P but back & bis in the morning.. Update coming after!

What's up AM? Just had my post workout meal. Hit Back & Bis today. Back has to be my favorite day/best muscles besides legs (arms are weak sauce lol) But honestly, the thing I look forward to the most on this day has to be vascularity & pump, predominantly during biceps. Endurance was just as good as its always been. Workout was as followed..

Shoulders/Traps day is my current fav :D.... did that back/bi workout took you 2 1/2 hours?

Sorry I haven't been on here much lately. Busy busy busy. Anyways, got in a leg & shoulder workout on Saturday. Told myself I'd keep the legs semi light because I was playing some basketball Saturday evening so I didn't want to be too shot while playing..But that didn't really work. lol :P I've never seen so many veins in my delts before! Endurance is really predominant on leg days. Pumps are great, thought my delts were gonna burst during my shoulder circuit. Anyways, workout was as followed.

2/16 Legs & Shoulders

Start time: 2:35

Alt DB upright row:

DB shoulder circuit: (side raise/front raise/shoulder press)
20sx15, 25sx12, 30sx10

End time: 3:42
End weight: 208.2

Side noting that I'm toward the end of an 8 week DAA/Anabeta run with about an 8-10 lb gain. Granted, some is fat but not the majority of it. I am now at the highest weight I've ever been so looking forward to transition to a cut/recomp phase, hoping to be while I'm still logging Hemavol & Compete!

Hemavol/Compete will definitely help you with that transition!

Has a quick chest & tri day as I was limited on time before work. Pumps were great as I went for some high rep ranges & were crazy during my close grip bench burnout sets. Endurance was also great, as usual. Vascularity wasn't noticeable in my long sleeve shirt but I'm sure it was there. Taste is still amazing. lol workout was as followed.

What's up AM? Still going strong in this awesome iForce stack of Hemavol & Compete. Hit back & bis today. Back is probably my favorite muscle group to workout. The added endurance has allowed me to add more reps/sets/supersets/dropsets/etc. than what I was previously working with before this. Popped a 500mg SNS Agmatine pill with my one scoop Hemavol & the pumps & veins were glorious. Had a crew neck on (was about 14 degrees in central Ohio today) but I rolled my sleeves up to my elbows during Bis & you could have mistaken my forearms for an atlas. I think I'm gonna toy with 2 scoops Hemavol on my next back/bis day. Anyways, here was my workout. ( I know I post time in/weight in & time out/weight out, but that's more for my own log purposes. I was just logging the old fashion way with a notebook & pen, but it filled up so I've pretty much just been copying & pasting my log from my iPhone notes.)

I really need to get in the habit of that. Do you know of any programs that allow you to track your workouts and weights?

If you ever use MyFitnessPal to log calories, there's an option on there to log workouts. It's too complicated in my opinion & that's why I just use my iPhone notes. I know the BodyBuilding app has it too.. If anybody wants to chime in, you can.. But all the ones i've tried aren't very fluent.

In the past 12 years, I don't think I have EVER logged my workouts lol

In the past 12 years, I don't think I have EVER logged my workouts lol

To each his own, but I like to keep a record of where I'm at. That way, when I wanna go back & compare my numbers from weeks/months/years ago, I can. It's not so much because I can't remember my lifts, it's just kinda like a moral boost ya know? I don't know. It's one of the "tips" they give beginners is to log & I guess it just stuck.

What's up fellas? Decided I was gonna switch up my routine because it was getting kinda boring. So I've chosen to go to a P/RR/S style lift with a 4 day split. I've had experience in the past with a slightly resembled routine (Jim Stoppani's Shortcut To Size) & I enjoyed the idea of muscle confusion. So today I started out with Back & shoulders. Did the usual 1 scoop Hemavol with 1 scoop of Compete pre, & 1 scoop compete intra. Week one is a power week so it suggests you shoot for the 4-6 rep range so workout was a little longer than usual. (although probably not near as long without the iForce stack) The pumps in my shoulders were crazy! Goin heavy on DB upright rows & side laterals made washing my hair afterwards a pain in the ass lol like I said, endurance was good. I probably could've rested a little less but seeings how I haven't really gonna for low reps like that in awhile, I wanted to play it safe. Anyways, my workout was as followed.

Side note, anybody stopping in here heading to the Arnold this weekend? I live about 20 minutes west of Columbus so I go every year. This will be the first year though I plan to watch the pro events & such. Which is probably majority contributed to browsing this forum. It's funny to think I was a BB dot com guy. :P

How's it goin AM? Just got home from the gym, drinking my protein smoothie right now. Took my mom out to lunch for her birthday this afternoon & went to the gym from there. Since I didn't really feel like wasting an hour for my food to digest & take my pre of Hemavol & Compete, I decided to give the gym a go without any pre supps. (did pop a SNS 500mg Agmatine cap after lunch with my Anabeta & Orange Triad) I haven't wanted to compare my workouts of with & without this combo for awhile, but today was a great excuse to do so. First thing.. Endurance was no where near what it is with the combo. Rep range was in the 4-6 area & only about 4 working sets & muscles still couldn't keep up! Pumps weren't the same either, even those I went with the Agmatine cap. (helped some but not nearly as much) I know this log is supposed to be for the supps, but I thought it would be nice to share the lack of performance I had without. Numbers weren't bad but definitely could've pushed a little more weight & definitely more sets. Went with Chest & Bis on the P/RR/S routine today.. Workout was as followed.

Gettin some cardio in tonight as a coworker asked me to go play some pickup basketball with him later. Will be throwing a scoop of compete in my gallon water jug as it has helped previously.

OO bro, def nothing wrong with it, just being a bodybuilder, I've only ever cared about how I look, so like you keep a journal of numbers, I keep a journal of pictures.

We are all so different, yet all identical :)

Haha, hopefully you didn't take that as bashing in any way. You are right though.. We all our different ways but pretty much wanna achieve the same goals.

Just drank my pre shake of Hemavol & Compete while driving to the gym, to find out its closed for today. Apparently clearing out some old machines or something.. Whatever. lol I was gonna do some leg/shoulder/tri work, but looks like I'll have to get some plyometrics in when I get home. I'll let ya guys know how that goes!

What's up brosephs? Just got back from the Arnold Classic. Got a bunch of great deals, free samples, met Jay Cutler, Phil Heath, Shawn Rhoden, a bunch of them! Had a blast. Anyways, just checkin' in. Will be hittin the gym tomorrow, chest & tris with the rep range week of P/RR/S. updates coming tomorrow!

Just got home from a nice Chest & Tri workout. Did my scoop of Hemavol & compete pre, but left my Compete jug on the counter when I left. :( So I decided to improvise & drink about 2/3rds of my shake on the way, & sporadically add water to it throughout my workout. Gotta do what you gotta do! Even though I didn't have a full scoop of Compete pre & intra, endurance was definitely far greater than the day I couldn't use it at all. Higher rep range week but busted through each set. Pump was great, chest felt like it was going to explode by the time I got to the pec deck. Vascularity was just as good as usual. Had my sleeves pushed up to my elbow & could definitely see the veins popping. I'm gonna have to pick up this combo well before this sponsored log is up. Anyways, workout was as followed.

All in all, pretty happy when I left the gym. Hitting back & bis in the morning, update will follow.

Wish I could of gone!

Yea, I guess that's one good thing about living in Ohio. lol :P Met a bunch of great pros.. Cutler, Coleman, Heath, Rhoden, & of course, Arnold himself. Got some great supp deals& plenty of samples as well!

Just got back from a great back & bis workout. Did the usual scoop of Hemavol & compete pre, & a scoop of compete sipped intra. Lat pumps were the most predominant today. Thought my back was gonna snap inside itself while I was flexing. Vascularity was top notch being a bicep day. Veins popping harder with each rep. Endurance is still the front runner benefit of this combo. The energy capacity is just far superior now than before I got my hands on this stuff. Anyways, here's how my workout looked.

Solid workout. Have you tried 2 scoops Hemavol?

Solid workout. Have you tried 2 scoops Hemavol?

I've tried it probably once this whole run. I usually just pop a 500mg agmatine pill with it & go. I might go 2 scoops hema AND the agmatine pill tomorrow for shoulders/upper back :P

Had an off day yesterday. Just played some pick up basketball for about 2-3 hours at the local YMCA. Had 2 intense lifting sessions, went to a very... "Physical" concert Tuesday night & honestly, I'm pretty sore right now. So I'm just gonna get some core work in at home before work, & hit legs & shoulders tomorrow.
