Remember that I had some major hip operations in the last several months, so while the weight looks light to some of you, I got an amazing workout in, and it can only improve from here, right?
I looked shredded today in the gym. I should have snapped a photo.
My Focus in the gym was noticeable by all present. Everyone was checking out my vascularity, which was nothing short of amazing.
I was the only one in there sweating. I remember now why I hate the gym. All these people walking around, playing on their phones, taking up space and being in the way. This is what Martin Berkhan refers to as "****arounditis". Too much of that **** going on. Seriously I think some of these people go to the gym to be able to update their staus or just to be seen.
I stayed motivate and pushed out this workout, and it was fantastic. I will be incorporating this exact workout at least once a week.
