I went to the gym here in Fort Stewart and did an amazing back, legs, and shoulders workout.

I was going for volume and calories burn. Accomplished.

Remember that I had some major hip operations in the last several months, so while the weight looks light to some of you, I got an amazing workout in, and it can only improve from here, right?

I looked shredded today in the gym. I should have snapped a photo.

My Focus in the gym was noticeable by all present. Everyone was checking out my vascularity, which was nothing short of amazing.

I was the only one in there sweating. I remember now why I hate the gym. All these people walking around, playing on their phones, taking up space and being in the way. This is what Martin Berkhan refers to as "****arounditis". Too much of that **** going on. Seriously I think some of these people go to the gym to be able to update their staus or just to be seen.

I stayed motivate and pushed out this workout, and it was fantastic. I will be incorporating this exact workout at least once a week.

PowerMax delivered once again!

Very nice bro!

I agree 100%. The best time at my gym is 0500. Even then the geriatric crowd is squatting on all the benches.

No workout today.

I have something very special planned for tomorrow though. Chest and Bi's in the moring, then P90X in the aftrnoon. Might be 2 scoops each for those, we'll see.

Today is day 8 I believe. I have had a scoop of powermax every day except yesterday.

I took 1 scoop of Powermax and knocked oyt my P90X (yoga X) just now. I am about to drink another one and get my ass in the gym for Chest and Bi's.

This is going to be another epic workout. I am getting the best workouts done with Powermax and I am walking around feelig my muscles all day long. The pump and vascularity lasts all day. And I had the most incredible relaxing yoga session, that I didn't even realize that I was working out and sweating all over theplace.

Another update on the way later.....

So I had so much energy after having only 2 hours of sleep. Well, I slept for 4 hours on the way back from Fort Stewart, so I should add that on to the total.

I cranked out some good exercises. They are as follows

Superset (1 and 2) Volume Training to Burn Calories

1. BB Bench Press- 95x15, 115x15, 115x18, 115x17, 115x15
2. Alt DB Preacher curl- 25x13, 25x12, 20x12, 20x12, 20x13

I smashed it again today. I took 2 scoops before doing legs and shoulders tis mornin.

I also took another scoop at about 1700 to knock out my P90X.

Sorry about no update yesterday. Too fuggin busy.

I took two scoops of Powermax yesterday before my workout, I did back and triceps.
Sooooo pumped, veins bulging everywhere.

Then I did P90X KenpX.

Great power, pump, energy, vascularity with this stuff.




TODAY I took 2 scoops and went to the gym and knocked out Chest. I am going back to the gym here in a bit to do some core work, and today is a p90x rest day, so I might do yoga X. Who knows.

Same thing with the pump and power, out of control!!

SUPERPOWER HAS BEEN UNLEASHED!!!!!!!!!

Day ? Who cares? I kicked aS$ in the gym and I took no prisoners.


Barbell Squats
135x10, 135x10, 135x10-- These were light and fairly easy, but my hip pain prevents too much weight. I focused on depth and quality.

BB Dead lift
135x12, 175x10, 195x10 (PR)--- I smell PR of at least 215, maybe more next round. Get some!!

Goblet Squat
75x10, 80x10, 85x8 (PR)

Pullups
8, 8, 8-- Slow and controlled with slow negatives

Smith Machine Hack Squat-- These are totally new and I was confused at first
115x8, 165x5, 165x6 (PR)

Chin up- Same as pullups- slow and negatives
8,8,8,

I feel like superman right now. I am thinking of going back to the gym, i am so pumped and energized off of just 2 scoops of PowerMax!!

Alright!!!!!!

What a crazy weekend!!!
I woke up at 0430, downed 2 scoops of Powermax, 15 minutes went by and I crushed out P90X Chest and Back. Stellar workout. PR's in every single exercise!!
I had so much energy left that I went to the gym a couple of hour later and did more chest and back. Set PR's on Bench press, deadlift, and rack pulls. I am swollen!!

Tomorrow I will update better!

Oh boy. Took another two servings today to get SMOKED at physical therapy. They have a way with leg workouts let me tell you. There are some leg days where I don't come close to getting this kind of workout. I had energy all the way through, and i even came home an mowed our lawn, which is a 2 hour job. I usually save the mowing for the weekend, but I had the energy so I knocked it out. Getting close to done with this here tub.

So I mastered 1 scoop preworkout this morning, was about to go to the gym and do some lifts, a buddy coaxed me into INSANITY instead. He had a portable dvd player and we busted out the fit test and Cardio Power and Resistance. Great workout!!

I took some more before my afternoon workout, P90X Shoulders and Arms, my goodness the pump was amazing. I burned some good calories today.

P90X is a great program for total body conditioning and cutting fat. I do the lifts to help build more muscle than P90X is set up to deliver.

Let me tell you what went down in the gym this morning after 2 SCOOPS OF POWERMAX!!. PR's across the board.

BB dead lift- 135x12, 185x10, 205x10, 225x6 (pr)
BB bench- 45x20, 135x10, 155x6, 165x5 (pr)
DB Fly - 40x8, 40x8, 45x8 (pr)
Romanian Dead lift- 135x13, 185x8, 205x6 (pr) Are these straght leg or what? I started straight leg but changed due to discomfort
DB Decline Bench- 45x12, 50x7, 50x6 don't remember if these are pr or not.


BAM!!!!

Pounded down 2 scoops this morning and began my workout. Totally dedicated and full of energy, I was unable to do much of the legs portion due to hip pain. I will see how I feel in the morning and attempt to make it up. I also want to hit biceps again. I may do the entire shoulders and arms workout along with legs and back. What!!!

I am super stoked now that I think about it.

No. Litarally pain in the joint. I had surgery on each one in Sep and Dec 2012, the sliced through my Gluteus minimus, cut my greater trochanter, flipped it back to expose the hip socket, dislocated the hip socket, removed a bone cyst by debridment and reshaped my femoral neck, repaired the acetabelum, then flipped my trochanter back, 2 screws to hold it on, and sewed my muscle and flesh back together. Did this on both sides.

It sounds worse than it really is. (not really, I never knew a pain like this before)

But I keep pushing and I am going to Ranger School eventually.

Good Morning. I am slamming down 2 scoops right now, and I only have about 2, maybe a little less left. I did partial legs and back last night, again, I just couldn't do much because of my hips.

I plan on executing some motha fuggin P90X Shoulders and Arms this morning, and then I have decided to take the rest of my Powermax at about Noon ish and go to the gym to break some PR's with squats and deads, I will add on an exercise too if anyone has a suggestion. I will post an update after this workout.

Well, I knocked out my Shoulders and Arms here at the house. I had plenty of energy afterwardsso I drank some BCAA's and went to the gym to break some PR's. Success is as follows!

I should also mention that I broke PR's across the board, every exercise for shoulders and arms this morning. I will take the time to post all of those numbers later.

I just finished up my tub of PowerMax today!
I will be writing a stellar Final review tomorrow morning.

I took the rest of my tub, turns out it was probably about 3 scoops! I planned to just do yoga X. Well, I did it, and added a SSHIIT ton of pushups in because I had so much energy. When I finished that, I mowed the Front Yard, took my daughters to the park for a couple of hours, we had a picnic, came back and mowed the back yard, started to edge but my fuggin weedeater is being a bich, and cleaned the house. I wanted to do another workout but I am holding off until tomorrow. Sounds like a busy day. RAP week starts at 0300 for us. I plan to do P90X Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps at about 0200. Then Insanity at about 0700-0800. Then I got some serious Chest workout at noonish. BAM!

What I am saying is the energy just never quit. I am going to miss this PWO, but not for long because I am sho going to be buying some here soon.

I will post the final review in the morning.

Nice update bro!

No, I never did the Yoga. Too much running around to prepare for this week. I can squeeze it in any afternoon that we aren't doing 2/days.
