UNiversal m-stak vs. stak

should i go with stak or m-stak?

i have taken m-stak and liked the results.

but i am curious if stak is better for results than m-stak

i understand that they are two different supplements but just want some advice/info on which people prefer

How old are you? Reason I ask is that older guys tend to respond better to Stak.
