Universal Creatine Monohydrate

A buddy of mine just purchased a bottle of Universal Creatine Monohydrate. I recommended this brand to him because it is made with Creapure. He just got the bottle in yesterday and said the the label reads nothing about creapure or german manufactured creatine.

Is Universal using creapure or not?
