unilaterally training contralateral limb when injured?

Whats up all. This is my first post on these forums. Just looking for opinions. I injured my left shoulder bad on monday doing triples on the bench (feels like a tendon pull) and am now stuck with no pressing work of any kind for a while. I can't even pick up my arm to do pull ups but rows should be manageable. Your thoughts on doing unilateral stuff for the other, uninjured, side? I won't be doing any strength work obviously, but a couple of sets of 1 arm DB presses, or OH DB presses, 1 arm pull downs etc just to get some work done in those planes of motion even if its unilateral.
