Ok, here goes.....anyone ever gotten a colonic??? If so, did it make any differences after as far as supps working better? Feeling better? Weight gain or decline? What did you notice at all besides crapping alot? Looking for some feed back fellas. Later.

Never had a colonic, but i took the prep. lax for a colonoscopy (The dreaded gallon of peg). Didn't notice any postive results.

never had a colonic, ive taken that fleet stuff though, and lost alot of weight, but was running to the restroom every 20 minutes. i felt horrible that day, but better afterwards.
