Came across an IronMan mag article yesterday profiling "fitness model" (I guess) Mike O'Hearn. If you have ever picked up any bodybuilding mag, you will know his face immediately. He was also on American Gladiators. He states he has NEVER taken any PED's and he included the weights he uses during normal training. Unbelievable. First, here is the link to the article which actually has a video of him benching and curling 85's. Then I will list some of his weights. I am shocked. Does this sound legit to you guys? If it is, so much for the "prettyboy" image I had for him.
***They wouldn't let me post the link, so to see it google "Mike O'Hearn Ironman magazine" It is the 21" arms naturally article.

Hyperextensions 4 x 8
Shrugs 4 x 8 x 800
