Ultra hard pump

I had some Ultra hard and the pump has stopped working after like the first use. Anyone had this ?

I’ve took the bottom off and tried to push up but still not working? Any help appreciated as the pump just doesn’t dispense more than the tiniest of amounts.

I would contact CS wherever you bought it. I have never had that happen with iconics pumps but I have had similar issues a few times over the last two decades with pumps in general.

I would still use the pump as a cap for the bottle but I'd get a big 10ml syringe and just draw out and measure my doses. It's actually going to be more accurate then a pump will be anyways
