Ultimate vs Nutrabolics

which glutamine and which mass gainer is better Nutrabolics' or Ultimate Nutrition's ?
(everybody I ask says different so what do you think)
If none of those 2 than what do you think is the best? but primarily I'm interested in those 2

Glutamine IMO is a waste of money. Gainers are also a waste of cash. Drink Whole milk and eat eggs.
