Ok I have been reading up on these compunds pretty extensivley over the past few weeks and have come up with this conclusion. I am def a rookie and need to look into these further but am I about right with this??? This is for someone useing a DC type training method....The use of GH/Slin/IGF-1/T3

*I am by no means going to conduct ANY experiments with the mentioned compunds (GH/Insulin/IGF-1/T3), Just want to get a better understanding for them

Monday/Wed/Fri: Train
*Pin hGH 4-5ius (sub-q)and 20mcg (bi-lateral) post workout
-Fix up your post workout cocktail
*15~30min later pin Insulin (5iu's)
-Consume Cocktail

Tuesday/Thur/: OFF
*Pin hGH 4-5ius (sub-q)1st thing in morning
-Eat normal breakfast 30min later

Sat/Sun:
Off GH/Slin/IGF-1

7days a week take in 12.5mg T3

*Pin hGH 4-5ius (sub-q)and 20mcg (bi-lateral) post workout Make that 10iu+ of GH & pin it in muscle to get the effect of local decreased protein degradation.
-Fix up your post workout cocktail
*15~30min later pin Insulin (5iu's) Make that 8iu+ and pin in the same place you pinned the GH.
-Consume Cocktail Monitor blood sugar & make sure to eat properly w/ slin in your system. GH will blunt the hypo effect but don't rely on this and early on take your own measurements.

Tuesday/Thur/: OFF
*Pin hGH 4-5ius (sub-q)1st thing in morning Bursts of high amounts of GH coupled w/ slin seem to work best when administered EOD rather than ED. Take these days off.
-Eat normal breakfast 30min later

Sat/Sun:
Off GH/Slin/IGF-1

7days a week take in 12.5mg T3 T3 not needed IMHO. For some even low doses will make the metabolism sluggish for months post-T3 use. May or may not happen...everybody is unique...know your own body & make decisions based on how you recover from T3. For some its not worth the benefit to deal with the later pain.

Best to run GH at 4-5iu per day for a few months before your burst cycles.

Your burst cycles should include a steroid cycle. Preferably a testosterone to build tissue and then an oral mid-cycle when test is in full swing to increase strength and further push overall anabolism.

No. I guess we all have different reference points. When I think of burst usuage of GH I think of the crew at ukiron ...Whitey, Nytol, etc. and in particular Marcus (who is not specific to that board).

Marcus swears that he came to understand these concepts from interaction with Dorian Yates camp way back. He went on to experiment himself and put others on as well with various derivative protocols and then they compared notes...

Gavin Kane also wrote an article that makes its way around the boards...

The essence of it all is that GH in large dose when taken concurrently with slin in the presence of anabolics brings about increases in muscle. ...noticable changes in muscle size even in a 2 week period. ...some even claim a localized effect.

Marcus especially, but others as well noticed that the effect is not the same if an everyday protocol is used. EOD or even E3D was more effective...

Marcus adds the concept of priming and then running higher burst cycles of anabolics for shorter periods as well...all supposed information from DY's camp which involves maxamizing gains (anabolism) before the body catches up and tries to counter the new imbalance (which results in increased sides, etc) at which point the cycle ends.

Others run regular cycles and incorporate the EOD high dose of GH & slin into their "on" time and if they can afford it run lower maintanence doses of GH throughout their "off" time.

Trainers like RazorRipped are big believers in running higher doses of GH on cycle and lower doses at other times. He as well as others emphasize that 4iu per day over many months will help you lean out but you aren't going to really gain a lot of muscle off 4iu. You need higher levels then that during your anabolic phases.

As for Dave Palumbo he is careful what he says publically, especially when it comes to GH & high doses ...it doesn't mean he believes what he says ...it just means that spending time behind bars for selling fake GH kinda is life changing and he's forever looking over his shoulder.

I like Dave. There is value in a lot of what he writes/says but the protocol he has his trainees on and discusses privately is more results oriented.

As for myself I never got around to running GH & slin together. As I got older I developed sleep apnea and made a decision to let a lot of muscle catabolize. It is only fairly recently that I have started focusing on building quality muscle without increasing my neck size ...just trying to keep the 3D pop in an "Ancient Greek sculptured body kinda dimensions" ...that kind of look.

So playing with growth hormone releasers and slin in the precense of anabolics is about the extent of my experimentation.
