Yes, stashed a bunch of bottles years ago because I knew they would pull it.

Aspire is either the original or a copy of "BLACK MAGIC", they both had the same tainted ingredients, same panel exactly.

I think a 3rd company or name tried to come out with it as well and was quickly pulled.

it works kind of like formestane...the more formestane I used the better my libido got. I used to high dose formestane regularly and never had libido issues. sustain alpha works that way for me also.
 
I've been slacking lately and not lasting nearly as long as I did even from a few weeks ago. I have Cialis, I get hard af but no difference in lasting longer.

I've been using RC liquid Tadalafil at 25mls Thursday through Sunday along with my staples (fish oil, creatine, L-citrulline, Vitamin D, ect) and so far so good. This stuff works better than I thought even at small doses and a lot cheaper.

The mechanism is constant ppar delta activation.

The effect is increased cardiovascular endurance.

I think you can imagine why that would be useful for sex.

I take it fairly consistently. If using it JUST for sex you’d need a set date and then use it at least a few days beforehand.

You mimic peeing without peeing lol. In other words, you force your pelvic floor muscles out and hold for 2 seconds or so whereas a regular kegel you would contract your pelvic floor muscles. Start with 5 sets of 25 and work your way up. You don't want to over work that area because it can cause the exact same thing you're trying to get rid of and weak erections.
 
What I find to be of most value, as far as intercourse related exercises, is maintaining an erection for as long as possible while doing kegels, which seems to isolate the pc muscle more readily away from the anal sphincter. Personally I don’t think I need a tighter butthole, it’s got to do some serious relaxing as it is in order to use the toilet, so... I know that’s pretty funny, and gross, but it’s the truth from my perspective. If you’re squeezing up your anus dolphin tight over and over, it’s hard to poop, man!

How do you do them? Standing with a towel over the top? Or lying down on your back with a book over the bottom (saw a vid a long time ago where peter north did these)?

L-DOPA 500 mg an hour prior. It will kill your sexually refractory period like bc kills a woman's period...for the most part.
