Not going to discuss that, remember? Its too much info. The ONE confirmed melanoma case was of a woman who also was a heavy user of tanning beds. See where this is going? There are only a handful of cited cases, all anecdotal. Melanotan is approved by the "European Medicines Agency" under prescription (as all injectibles) in the European Union. I leave it to you to sort out the risks by carefully reading studies (the real ones -not Dr. Mabuse).

Edit: The man with Rhabdomyolysis took a dose of 6mg at once. (almost 6 times the recommended dosage). His case is the ONLY one with such symptoms and could be brought on by other factors too, search: Rhabdomyolysis
 
HellAtlantic , as you pointed out, this is the supplement section. We should stop discussing the hazards of injectible research chems, and stick to stuff like penis pumps.

It should be the other way arround. PT-141 does not cause a tan, Melanotan-2 does. PT-141 is derived from Melanotan but was stripped of the tanning effect. If Melanotan did nothing for you (could be), my guess is PT-141 will also not work for you.

Thanks for the reply brother, actually didnt care for most of the peptides i tried, to expensive and after a few months of use wasn't impressed with the results, but im still looking for something that will improve my sex drive, ive currently got the sex drive of a corpse, not normal.

You have to find the underlying cause. Do you use gear? Do you use any medication/drugs? Ugly wife? (hehehe) Any blood labs (hormone panel)? If hormones are out of whack, often nothing helps -first you need to correct the imbalances.

If you have used PDE-5 inhibitors for prolonged periods -or beta blockers, this would be a cause.... Any use of gear could lead to ED too, corrected after carefully balancing e2 levels and/or lowering SHBG.

High levels of free testosterone (FT) and bioavailable testosterone (BT), and low levels of sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG), are tied to a decreased risk of erectile dysfunction (ED) in young men, according to a study published online March 20 in the Journal of Sexual Medicine.

Yawen Luo, from Guangxi Medical University in Nanning, China, and colleagues evaluated the association between sex hormones and ED in 733 Chinese men participating in Fangchenggang Area Males Health and Examination Survey (September 2009 to December 2009).

The researchers observed a decreased risk of ED among men in the highest tertile of FT (relative ratio [RR], 0.21) and the lowest tertile of SHBG (RR, 0.38). A decreased risk was seen in young men (aged 21 to 40 years) with the increase of FT and BT (adjusted RR, 0.78 and 0.75, respectively). There was an inverse association noted between ED and total testosterone (RR, 0.89), after adjusting for SHBG. SHBG remained positively associated with ED after further adjusting for total testosterone (RR, 1.04). Highest risk of ED was seen in men with both low FT and high SHBG (adjusted RR, 4.61).

Ive got 3 cycles under my belt low libido, and ed issues were present way before gear use, pde-5 inhibitor use has been minimal 2-3 times at most, had bloods taken for low t, dr said i was at the low end of normal like borderline trt, but still in the normal range which is frustrating because i used to be a sex addict, 3-4 times a day wasn't enough had to rub one out 2-3 times on top of that, and now its been over a year since i got layed and i have no desire to, and thats not normal for me, and by the way my wife is 11 years younger than me and hot so thats not the issue, lol.
 
Cite a study that says long term use of PDE5 use will result in ED or a lower efficacy of the drug? I've researched this a lot and cant seem to find any proof. Thanks

women dr's suck when it comes to men's issues...they are good to go with other issues, but not men's issues. this is my honest opinion based on many years of experience!!!

I asked OP, because if he stopped using them, the lack of its effect could have caused ED, right?

Studies indicate (at least after 6 month) , there is no tolerance buildup. I never googled for a DEPENDENCE, did you?
 
Hi, I went through the entire thread, thanks for all the information shared!
I will be in Miami for a week (I am from the south of Europe), and I am eager to give a try at tongkat/LJ, tribulus, fenugreek and ashwaghanda (interested to try each one for 3/4 weeks and understand which one could really help me with stamina and libido). I would really like if you could PM me your best brands for each one of those supps (after 59 pages it's pretty clear that any component is a miss or hit depending on own physical response), and eventually (would be really great and really really appreciated!) where I can find them in Miami (I doubt a Walgreens or a Vitamine Shoppe, and Amazon neither other e-commerce send to hotels). I want to stock up some of good products that are impossible to find in my country.

I’ve noticed l-arginine to be faster acting vs citruline. Citruline is great if you stay on it for about a week but l-arginine for me works in a few days.

Usually dose arginine at 3-9 grams to see results

Although much expenses were given Nd Oxjana disapproval ( she is lactating), I still persists and purchased for sexual weekend excursions.

it all depends on whether you are pouring the liquid goat cheese over yourself while sunbathing with visitors watching or pouring it over visiting sunbathers without permission.
 
Gonna go with 1000iu HCG or FSH, micro dose trest Ace (10mg), 5mg cialis, and 5mg adderall. Maybe a tab of cabergoline as well.
 
I use 10 mgs when I have the pills and I can say that the lower dose in liquid is comparable to that. It does seem to take longer to start feeling the effects that's why I'm trying out a low daily dose scheme to see how that goes.
